We enjoyed an autumnal dinner of hagi and maitake mushroom tempura. I drink 寫楽 regularly, but this was the first time I drank this sake at home, and it was as good as ever.

I bought it at a local department store because the fresh hokke (hokke) at the Hokkaido products exhibition whetted my appetite. I often drink Houou Mita, and it is a stable brand. It is a stable brand. Although many of them have a strong salty taste, I enjoyed it with a nice sharp taste.

I haven't been able to get a good Akitagami yet, but I was able to buy a decent one. Recently, more and more izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) have started selling Kangiku, so I drank Hiyoroshi sake this time. It was a good food sake.

Skipped check-in. Finally, I got a bottle of Jyushiyo by lottery. Although I knew it would be good with anything. I paired it with straw-baked bonito tataki. The fruity taste was pleasant, and the fact that we were able to savor it slowly at home made it a great party.
