I enjoyed the Niigata limited edition of Takachiyo, so I bought this one too.
It is dry and heavy. It is not a junmai sake, but it is okay.
It was sold at a souvenir shop at a ski resort where it was exposed to sunlight at room temperature.
This is terrible!
Rarely a bad review!
The 300ml bottle sold in the refrigerator was priced at over 1000 yen, but when I opened it immediately after purchase, the aroma was very distinctive. I had a bad feeling at this point, but when I put it in my mouth, it tasted just like the aroma. It tasted just like the aroma in my mouth, and the smell was so bad that I felt it was an alcoholic beverage.
The condition before entering the store? I have my own preferences and timing, but the performance for the price is very poor. No repurchase for me!
Steadily good at coaxing
When I told him that it was sweet and tasty, he replied, "No, it's refreshing, isn't it? I was so embarrassed about my sense of taste.
I wonder if I got the brand name right. This is a sake brewery I visited on my trip.
The ume (plum) wine here is very tasty.
I was amused by the mysterious price: it was cheaper to buy two 300 ml bottles than 500 ml bottles.
I also bought a bottle of the aruzoe sake, but this junmai sake was better. Food Sake
Although I felt a little alcohol, it was good for a mid-meal drink. The Matsumae pickles were the best.
It also went well with the grilled yagenankotsu (dried young sardines).
No front etiquette
I was all, "What's this good stuff?" I was so excited to see the word "Yuto" on the label.
It is a nigori sake, but not too sweet, with just the right amount of acidity. The sake was highly praised at each table.
It was fun!
Yamamoto's Sparkling
It was a little too strong, with the nigori (rice) flavor coming to the forefront.
It is not high in alcohol content, but has a strong flavor, so it is just right to drink with a chaser.
