Yesterday we went to a sushi restaurant! I ordered sweet, tasty, and slightly fizzy from the owner, who is from Nagano, and had my first Toyoga! What is this deliciousness... 🤯! It was a melt-in-your-mouth texture and an explosion of mellow flavor! Super jackpot ‼️🎯 The first move was the stingray liver, followed by the finished sardines! The liver type was interesting in the style that it comes on your hand: 🫴🏻

Three different kinds of drinks were compared, and this one was the first sake I chose to drink! This one is also fresh, but has a somewhat mellower image compared to the skunk cabbage we drank at the same time! It is a little higher in alcohol content. A little higher in alcohol content. My memory tends to fade a bit, but I got the impression that I liked it a lot, so I would like to try it again! Also enjoyed the horse sashimi meat sushi, and the horse tsurumi x kumquat x Japanese parsley salad 🥗.

One of three different types of drinks! I chose skunk cabbage, which I don't know how many times I've already had it 🤌. I quite like the balance of sweetness and umami in this sake! I think it is a new sake, but it is delicious with a fresh fizziness and moderate acidity that only a new sake can have. I also enjoyed my favorite horse sashimi! I always wonder why they don't use Kyushu Soy Sauce here...? I always wonder 🤔.

Dark taste like brandy 🥃. Smoky with a touch of oak! Very tasty! I'm getting into this line of yamahai recently! Is it treated as old sake in 2018...? I still need to learn more 📚.

Souvenirs at home. It has a strong flavor! It's not sweet...but it's not spicy either. It may be best as a food sake! It seems to be a minor sake here. Sashimi platter from the supermarket, delicious! Don't lick it... 🐟.

As the name suggests, it's not a peach...it's more like a plum with a strong acidity. It is more of a liqueur than a sake 🍸. It has a lactic acidity afterwards, and there is even a bitter taste of the skin 🍑. Alcohol is low at 8%. With Kaiseki cuisine 🥢.

At a ryokan in Oita, Japan! Noble aroma like brandy 🥃. The pungent taste slowly rises later, but the overall texture is mild and does not prickle the tongue.

I came on a trip to Oita! Kaorucho, which I have drunk before, I came here to find out that it was Oita's sake. ✏️ It has a robust sweetness like amazake and a rice-like texture. It is a stable and deliciously sweet sake!

I was very drunk and forgot what it tasted like, but I think it was sweet and delicious 💭. I want to revisit! I'm new to this place, but it was too good to pass up, so I'll definitely go back 🍲.

Brandy ⁉️🥃 The flavor and richness is so good that you would think it was It is no longer a sake...? As you can see, it has a characteristic brownish color! Where does this brown color come from? It has a savory, somewhat soy sauce-like flavor, and I think I'm about to fall in love with Yamahai brewing all over again, which I had avoided. ⛰️ After drinking until 3am, we went to our 5th wine bar until morning... 🍷. 7/10

Holy Red Takeshi! New sake only available at this time of year! Fizzy! The taste is delicious, sweet, grassy and wild. We also ordered something like maki mollusk stew, which was delicious and went perfectly with the sake! By the way, will you be taking the sake test on March 8? I applied for the 3rd level! I'm cramming and studying... ✏️ 8/10

The third restaurant was a beer in Kagurazaka, and the fourth restaurant was our usual 👀👀 here. A cacao-like aroma escapes your nose! Delicious! There was another sake that tasted like this, but I forgot it!

No bottle, no photo 😑. It has a strong sweet-umami flavor, yet it is not fizzy or anything like that, so it can be paired with a meal! I liked it a lot. It was offered as a premium sake. A little expensive. Sake is cheaper at a private store. Porridge with sakura shrimps as an appetizer? The rice porridge with sakura shrimps was not very tasty... 🙂 .

The second restaurant was moved here! I checked later and it seems they have a chain of restaurants in various places. This sake is designed to be paired with fish dishes and has a beautiful watery taste! It may taste a little weak...? It would be better with simmered fish rather than sashimi. The atmosphere is a little spicy + rice flavor, but I prefer a little more punch.

Forgot one thing! Another sake given to me by the customer next door! A clean, fresh taste with a sharp aftertaste 🚿. The neighbor also gave me some crustaceans and I really appreciate it... It's great to have a restaurant where customers are close to each other👍 I'll post the second and subsequent drinks later, as it would take too much shadowbanning to post all at once!

Drunk and blah blah blah! Neti man! And I drank just for the fun of it! It is quite refreshing and dry! Just the right sake to finish off the meal. They were drying the dried squid outside 🐱. It was a popular restaurant and looked busy, but it was a good place to eat!

A regular(?) customer next door shared some sake with us. I was given a bottle of sake by one of the regular(?) customers next door. I checked it out and found out that it is a pretty good sake. It was a cold day, so it soaked through my body! ⛄️🍶 It has a sweet taste that is enhanced by the sweetness of the sake! The beach roasted shellfish x zosui, which was so delicious that I was already in raptures... 😮‍💨

This time I mainly drank alcohol that you don't hear much about 💬. When I searched online at the store, I found that "Tamitsu" was dry, but when I actually drank it, it had a sweet taste. Maybe because I drank more of the raw sake 🤔. I can feel the bitterness coming out of my nose afterwards! The sashimi here is prepared right in front of you... It was so fresh and sticky! I want to eat it again!
