I chose skunk cabbage, which I don't know how many times I've already had it 🤌.
I quite like the balance of sweetness and umami in this sake!
I think it is a new sake, but it is delicious with a fresh fizziness and moderate acidity that only a new sake can have.
I also enjoyed my favorite horse sashimi!
I always wonder why they don't use Kyushu Soy Sauce here...? I always wonder 🤔.
