I still have some resistance to dry sake, but strangely enough, I didn't find this sake unpleasant.

It has a watery, refreshing mouthfeel, but after the umami spreads softly, the pungent taste of alcohol spreads strongly at the end.
I've been drinking too much modern sake, and this strain no longer seems dry to me...
