HiranHIRAN Happy New Born 無濾過生原酒 KIt was the best tasting of the day! I'm glad it was freshly opened and quite gassy. I still love tropical, petit, umami explosion type sake... 🌋.
It went well with the assertive salad of Japanese parsley, persimmon, miso, and horse meat tenderloin 🤤. KI would call it mellow, but I felt it had a receptive flavor that would go well with any meal! A little bit of sweet nuances like strawberries, daifuku, chocolate or brownie 🍫Perfect match with the horse 👌 KWell-balanced and tastes like a Japanese sake. It has a clear flavor reminiscent of white grapes! I learned how to read "Mikotsuru" ✏️
Wasabi greens and horse meat salad go well together 🥗. KThis sake is recommended to be heated! At first sip, it is too ricey...you can even feel the astringency of the rice.
