KThree different kinds of drinks were compared, and this one was the first sake I chose to drink!
This one is also fresh, but has a somewhat mellower image compared to the skunk cabbage we drank at the same time! It is a little higher in alcohol content. A little higher in alcohol content.
My memory tends to fade a bit, but I got the impression that I liked it a lot, so I would like to try it again!
Also enjoyed the horse sashimi meat sushi, and the horse tsurumi x kumquat x Japanese parsley salad 🥗. KOne of three different types of drinks!
I chose skunk cabbage, which I don't know how many times I've already had it 🤌.
I quite like the balance of sweetness and umami in this sake!
I think it is a new sake, but it is delicious with a fresh fizziness and moderate acidity that only a new sake can have.
I also enjoyed my favorite horse sashimi!
I always wonder why they don't use Kyushu Soy Sauce here...? I always wonder 🤔. KDark taste like brandy 🥃.
Smoky with a touch of oak! Very tasty!
I'm getting into this line of yamahai recently!
Is it treated as old sake in 2018...?
I still need to learn more 📚. HiranHIRAN Happy New Born 無濾過生原酒 KIt was the best tasting of the day! I'm glad it was freshly opened and quite gassy. I still love tropical, petit, umami explosion type sake... 🌋.
It went well with the assertive salad of Japanese parsley, persimmon, miso, and horse meat tenderloin 🤤. KI would call it mellow, but I felt it had a receptive flavor that would go well with any meal! A little bit of sweet nuances like strawberries, daifuku, chocolate or brownie 🍫Perfect match with the horse 👌 KWell-balanced and tastes like a Japanese sake. It has a clear flavor reminiscent of white grapes! I learned how to read "Mikotsuru" ✏️
Wasabi greens and horse meat salad go well together 🥗. KThis sake is recommended to be heated! At first sip, it is too ricey...you can even feel the astringency of the rice. As it cools down, the sweetness rises...â machi no namiRosé color with red yeast. Sweet and clean taste to match the color. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
