The mouthfeel was thick and complex, with a tangy, spicy, rice-flavored aroma, followed by a clear throat and a bitter taste. It also has a bitter taste. I felt that it was a good Honjozo that can be bought anywhere with good cost performance.

I poured it into a teacup, but the aroma... No? I put it in my mouth, and the aroma... No...? The alcohol stimulates the throat, and the aftertaste is... No, it doesn't! It's the same cheap sake, but Kikumasapin impressed me, but I couldn't taste it. I thought it was strange, so I heated it up, but it didn't change much. I drank it up anyway! I'm glad I tried it in a cup.

The new label has an atmosphere like an abstract painting. As you would expect from Denshin, you will feel the spiciness when the sake settles in your stomach! The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, and it seems to go well with strong dishes like Chinese food. Tonight we paired it with shabu-shabu, so the sake was a bit overpowering. For my taste, it doesn't need to be so spicy, but the aftertaste is light and refreshing, and I'm sure there are many people who like this kind of taste. You can enjoy this spiciness by choosing the dish you want to pair it with. It is possible!

Kikumasamune上撰生酛辛口純米生酛

This is a Kikumasamune I've been enjoying recently. I had the blue Ikatamoto Junmai warmed up according to the pack's recommendation. It has no peculiarities and has a tangy spiciness that spreads straight to the mouth. It's also very light, which is nice. It's a blissful moment that heals the fatigue of everyday life.

Refreshing cedar aroma! The taste of the sake is clean and refreshing, with a clean aftertaste. I felt like it was a sake that doesn't assert itself but always stands up to the meal. I can't get enough of the aroma of cedar in it.

Ginpak is famous for its delicious liquor available in supermarkets. It's fruity and definitely has a ginjo-shu-like aroma. But when you're drinking a pint, it feels heavy with zun, and the atmosphere of the sake is as if the aroma was forced out. I guess it didn't suit my palate a bit.

One cup in the search for everyday alcohol. It's nice to be able to try a brand with a small amount. The taste was darker than I expected, and I felt a strange astringency or muddiness on my tongue. It was very tasty, but not quite in the direction I prefer. I think I'll pick it up and drink it from time to time. It was that kind of sake. The illustration of a woman printed on the back side of the label is a nice retro-modern picture.

I finally ventured into the paper pack in search of an everyday drink. I was actually hesitant to buy it, and passed it up in supermarkets and convenience stores for about a month. I drank it lukewarm and it tasted... delicious! It has a pleasant sake feel in the mouth, rich and tangy, with a refreshing aftertaste that I felt was enough for my daily enjoyment. I'm embarrassed to mention a photo of it amongst all the other beautiful and expensive looking sake, but I'm going to be brave and post it.

The aroma before the mouth was faint and clean. When I sipped it, I felt the richness or muddiness on my tongue like when I chew a nut, and it was smooth and throaty with the flavor. It's a refreshing taste. On the Akita Brewery website, there are some suggestions for snacks to go with it, such as vegetables with a bit of a green tinge or lightly pickled vegetables. I learned a lot from the website of the sake brewer.

The label on the back of the bottle says, "Cold and warmed sake for an elegant aroma and flavor," so I had it warmed (in the microwave). It has a tangy stimulus in the mouth with a fluffy aroma of rice, a light sweetness and a light richness that spreads to the palate, and a clean watery texture on the tongue with a refreshing aftertaste. I like it a lot. I wouldn't mind having it as an everyday sake. A little cheaper would help, so I'll look for more!

Part 3 of our tour of major manufacturers looking for everyday sake I wonder if it's the unpasteurized sake that gives off a fluffy sweet aroma when you taste it. Crisp and clear" - I couldn't tell due to lack of experience. Freshly squeezed flavour" - I think it's the aroma when you taste it. In addition to that, there was a kind of richness and nigoriness like sweet sake after a few sips. Is it a miscellaneous taste? No, I think it's the depth. It is very delicious. I think it's better than yesterday's Tokubetsu Junmai, and it's good for the price. This package is excellent. The freshness and the Hakutsuru Shuzo logo. I like it very much. It is indeed a long seller.

The second major manufacturer tour to find everyday alcohol Purchased at a supermarket. It's a special junmai, so I guess it's a bit of a good one. You can feel the fluffy aroma of rice and the softness of light water on the palate. The throat is not strong, and I felt a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, a crisp stimulus. The bitterness is not disgusting, it's just that kind of character. It's delicious. The brown bottle with the dark brown pattern and gold lettering is luxurious, but I don't like it because it looks like an old man.

This is the first part of our journey to find everyday alcohol. We will be trying out affordable sake from major manufacturers. You can smell and taste the sake (not like the smell of rice), and then.... I'm not sure if that means it's not good or not. But I don't think it tastes bad. I haven't tried any other major brands of sake with the intention of finding an everyday sake, so I don't have a rating yet. If I get tired of it, I'll use it as a cooking sake. I really like the label of this sake. I can drink it as such. It's not a knock on it at all. I look forward to future tours by major manufacturers.

It was recommended by a clerk in the sake corner of Shinjuku Takashimaya. After the ginjo aroma, there was a richness like the sweet sake of the origarami.
