We had it at a tavern.
It is at room temperature, but it has few peculiarities and goes in easily. I didn't feel it was too sweet or spicy. It went well with the food.

A glass at my father's house. There's no mention of the polish, so I assume it's low-milling and a high percentage of alcohol.
First sip of the bottle.
The first sip. It's a little quirky.
It has a rustic taste. The quality of the sake is smooth, though.
It's not good cold.
Not good at room temperature.
It's okay to drink warm.
I didn't like this brewery's "Shirakami Sanchi no Shiki" very much, so I'd like to try their "L-Cup" cup sake.
