When you hear that a sake is made by the brewer of Tomino Takarazan, you have an image of the taste in your mind, but this one betrayed me in a good way. It has a mild taste on the tongue with a firm fruity flavor, and a pleasant aftertaste that seems to quickly fade away. I'm sure I'll be having another glass!
