The lady at the liquor store told me that this is the kind of sake that is often handled by restaurants and not often sold in department stores, so I was attracted by the rarity and bought it. Delicious! It has a gentle mouthfeel, but the aroma spreads well, and yet it has a refreshing aftertaste. I think it's perfect for my personal ideal sake...

I was in the mood to eat grilled mackerel, so I drank a sake for mackerel that I thought would go well with it. I'm sure you've heard of it. I'm a bit of a neophyte when it comes to room temperature, so I don't really know what the difference is 😇 I don't really remember, but I think it was good!
