Looking back, I think I drink a lot of Houou Mita's sakes, and I think many of them are fruity and highly aromatic to my liking. This sake also has a gorgeous flavor like muscat and green apple, which made me want to buy it again. I am looking forward to the best sake to drink while looking at other people's postings after posting.

On the anniversary of my father's death, I drank Oroku from Shimane Prefecture, his birthplace. The Hachimaru 2021 brewed with 80% polished rice was my favorite (I want to drink it again). The nigori took a while to degas, but it was fresh and refreshing. The Cho Oroku 2021 Brewing was delicious, but when I compared the two, my favorite was the Hachimaru. Comparing the two makes the difference clear and will be helpful for my next purchase.

Freshly squeezed Kitashika. The price was unbeatable at 980 yen at Super Lopia. It has a good sweetness and sourness, and at this price, I wouldn't mind repeating it. ☺️

I have been to Shimane Prefecture many times, but this is the first time I have tasted this sake. 2021 length diameter, 17.5 alcohol by volume, it was not fruity or light, but delicious and made me think this is Japanese sake. It made me want to visit Shimane Prefecture.

I live in Shizuoka Prefecture, but this is my first time to taste Hana-no-Mai. It is a pure sake, but the alcohol taste on the nose is reminiscent of fireworks? It is a matter of taste, but I don't think I will buy it again.

Isoboast Special Junmai [Seishun This is the first time for me to drink Isohajime, even though I live in Shizuoka Prefecture. I thought it would be fruity, but the richness and power of the fermentation goes well with meat 🍖.
