ポンちゃん
30 years after the Great Hanshin Earthquake
We had sake from a brewery in Nada for lunch!
Rice polishing ratio 78
Alcohol 8 degrees Celsius
Made from wine and sake yeast, it has a fruity aroma and flavor, with a hint of grape or apple!
It tastes like sweet, smooth white wine and is very easy to drink!
It was gone in no time because of the sandesi...
The third one is a zuborahan that I made because I thought it would go well with this drink, and it was based on a dish I saw on TV, but the result was too messy 🤣.
I combined a cup of kitsune udon with a hamburger steak from a convenience store and melted slices to make a bolognese style dish. The hamburger was delicious, so it would have been good no matter what I did to it, but the noodles were 😅.
Oh, it went well with sake!
I hope no disasters happen 🙏.

Ponchan, good evening 🌃
I see you have this sandesi too😳
I think it's because this was originally for restaurants 🤔.

Good morning, Pon-chan.
It has been 30 years since the Great Hanshin Earthquake.
Bolognese style with wine-like sake is a good pairing ✨.
I think it would be useful to have some Sandesi sake too, just right for drinking up 😊.

Good morning, Pon, ☀️
It's been 30 years since then.
I will never forget the shocking scenes I saw on TV.
Not only the collapsed elevators, but also the burnt-out cityscape...
Gassho 🙏

Hi Pon, ☀️
It's been 30 years.... When I visited Nada, there was a brewery that left the collapsed scene in a museum. I feel grateful again when I think that we can enjoy Nada's sake because of your efforts for reconstruction.

Hi Pon 😊
I have learned that it is important to be prepared on a regular basis because you never know when an earthquake will come. Alcoholic beverages, low al and easy to drink! Convenience store hamburgers are excellent just firmer and over pasta👍.

Hi Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀.
It's been 30 years since that earthquake 😢I was watching the news that summarized the earthquakes that happened in the last 30 years, and I think it was the beginning of the earthquakes with an intensity of 6 or higher!

Hi Pon-chan 😃I see a lot of earthquake related news and every time I see it, I feel the strength of people. I always want to help in some way even though it's only a little, but I can't do anything. I will support you like Pon-chan with Nada sake. ❣️

Good evening, Ponchan 😃.
The 30th year dedication 🍶I saw the claw marks of the fault line at the earthquake memorial park in Awaji Island last year. I want to connect the unforgettable memories of those days to the future.
Hakutsuru Blanc, I was curious about it because it looks like wine and I would like to try it again!

Hello, ma-ki-🐦.
It has been 30 years already. I still pray for nothing to happen at the time of the earthquake 🥹.
The pairing was good, but the cooking was not so good 🤣 fun to match 🙂...

Hi HinaHanaMama 🐦.
I heard that the noodles absorb the broth and become like chewy fresh pasta noodles, but I was terrible at it and it wasn't good 🤣It was supposed to be fun and tasty... I regret it a little 💦 I should have boiled the pasta.

When I see the revived breweries and the town itself, I am empowered by the strength of people 😌I feel that the time to enjoy sake is even more important when I think it is not taken for granted 😊.

Hi Aladdin 🐦.
I see you went to see it! I saw it on Bratamori and wanted to see it in person 😊.
It's very unusual to cross wine yeast with wine yeast 😳It almost tasted like white wine 😆.

Good evening, Pon 😀.
I hope the disaster won't happen again 🙏.
I lived in an apartment in Nishinomiya and my apartment was half destroyed😅.
But I was driving under the collapsed Hanshin Expressway with a police car leading the way for work😅.
