It's a stopover house drink after a night out drinking. Since I am a friend of the liquor store, I was given a rare sake to drink 🧐 It seems to be a sample sake that has not been released yet: ❗️ Hakutsuru is a Nada sake, but this one is only 8 degrees alcohol. It's not a strange one, it's a straight up 8% 😆. It's not too sweet, so it's kind of like white wine. Really wine ❗️

★3.5 This wine is made with wine yeast. It is really wine-like and easy to drink. It is amazing that they can do this with sake. It's great that a major company can make a cheap and high quality sake.

Hakutsuru Blanc was created from wine and sake yeast. When opened, it has a fruity, white wine-like aroma. But when you drink it, it tastes somewhere between sake and wine. When I first drank it, the strange taste made me think, "? but once you get used to it, it is easy to drink with a clean taste.

Sweet. It is like drinking dessert wine. I recommend it to those who don't like sake and those who like white wine, as it has almost no aftertaste unique to sake.

Event I heard it's only available at the brewery, but it's so good! It's easy to drink with low alcohol content and goes down smoothly. I wish they would sell it as a regular item.

At a local barbecue restaurant This is a low alcohol junmai sake for restaurants only. HAKUTSURU Blanc It's quite sweet. The mouthfeel is definitely like white wine, but the aftertaste is sweet with rice. I recommend it to people who don't like Japanese sake.

There are a lot of sake like white wine in the world, but there is no better expression of white wine than this. At the first sip, I wondered if this and the Sogapelle Efis were the only ones I could think of. Do I want to drink sake or wine? Wouldn't it be better to have a glass of wine? The question arose against the simple deliciousness of the taste, against what is delicious. Why does sake aim to be a wine? But, well, it's going to be empty in the blink of an eye.
