Stylish monotone bottle design like whiskey or wine.
Beautiful sweetness. The aftertaste is light and crisp.
It can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink. It is delicious!
We were intrigued by the Junmai Oragara made with "Ginpu" from Hokkaido.
A sweet aroma wafts through the air immediately after the bottle is opened.
It is sweet, yet refreshing on the palate. As the label says, it is a sake that can be drunk in large gulps.
I was attracted by the sake rice, which I had never heard of before, and decided to try it.
It was a long time ago, so I honestly don't remember the exact taste... lol LOL.
However, the pleasant sweetness and mouthfeel of the W series is one of the best things about it. It is delicious!
This is the first time I have seen this brand.
It was recommended to me by a liquor store.
The name comes from the phrase, "Don't rush, don't hurry, and don't relax, one step at a time...".
The quality of the sake (1,430 yen for a No. 4 bottle) is unbelievably high considering the high cost of living these days.
An astonishing bottle.
Hi Jay & Nobby!
I've been curious about this brand for a while and finally got around to getting it!
I was wondering about the Usunigoromi, but since it was my first time, I decided to go for the Junmai Unfiltered!
I should have bought both... lol LOL!
This is the Hanaizumi Active Nigori that I failed to buy last year.
As it claims to be "active", it has a very gaseous taste.
It has a dense flavor, richness, and a smooth sweetness.
I am glad I bought it. It is delicious!
New brand of Shuho.
The specifications are completely undisclosed. The standard is said to be Junmai Daiginjo class.
I can't explain it well, but it was a luxurious cup.
