This is the first brand I have ever had. This one is brewed with 50% Omachi and 50% Yamadanishiki.
It has a slight citrus aroma. It has a light nigoromi (light yellowish-brown) color, which is sweet and tasty, with a hint of bitterness and astringency. It is also rather dry and sharp.
This is delicious!
