Shinshu Secret Sake Reform Party 2024 - Part 2?
Moderate aroma.
The sake seemed a little stiff, but after some time it mellowed very much.
It is a versatile sake that can be drunk with or without food.
I missed out on drinking last year's Semishigure.
It's summery... like cider?
It's sweet enough to make me reexamine the package, "It doesn't have sugar, does it? It was so sweet that I had to rethink the package.
It was full of the feeling of a Ramune.
The long-sought-after Snow Kayasya.
There was no place nearby where I could drink or buy it.
It is very smooth and slippery to drink.
It does not have a thick consistency, but it is soft on the palate.
It is delicious.
Sogapère Ephis, which I've been longing for.
The picture and the timing of the drink are different, but forgive me 😅.
The moment I put it in my mouth.
...wine...? The flavor is so gorgeous that you would think it is a wine.
But it is not persistent.
You can drink it with just alcohol.
Kinmonnishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39
I thought it was dry, but it is a sweet sake.
It tastes very clear and delicious 😅.
I'd rather drink this by itself than with a side dish.
It's like that.
Second bottle of tasting.
I asked for it 10 minutes before closing.
The store owner laughed at me... smilies😅.
This one also has a solid taste.
I think it will not lose to sashimi or fried food.
I wanted to drink slowly❗.
We bought our sake at a liquor store that allowed us to sample (for a fee) almost all of the sake in the store.
I like the spirit of the store that you have to try before you decide.
You can't do that unless you are on vacation🤣.
I thought it would be sweet (I assumed) because of the spring-like packaging, but was surprised by the robust taste.
It makes you want an entrée.
Before my bullet train trip to Nara...I got this when I ran out screaming ❗ "I want to go to Nara 😅".
The first Mimuro cedar.
It is a dry sake and went well with the ginger soup we had together.
I did a bullet one-day Nara tour.
A few weeks earlier, I had also made a trip to Nara and purchased some delicious samorosugi.
I remembered that the sake made with "Yamanokami yeast" from another sake brewery was delicious, and there is no other way to describe it other than "delicious✕ delicious = naturally delicious❗.
The sake has a soft, gorgeous aroma and a refreshing sweetness.
It has a glamorous quality that is hard to imagine from the austerity of the package.
I want to live in Nara.
Hello, Sakuya 😃
You have a great energy to go on a bullet train tour of Nara on the spur of the moment! It's great that you have the energy to go there. ‼️ delicious x2 = very delicious 😋😚 We also want to drink more Nara sake!

I wasn't familiar with the sake in Nara either, but everything I bought was delicious and made me want to live there 🤣.

Sake purchased in February.
At New Year's, I bought Koshi almost on a hunch, and it tasted so good that I bought it immediately.
It tastes as good as I expected.
The bottle was refreshing and made me feel spring.

We are told that the toji-san makes sake the way he wants to make it.
The moment it is poured into the glass, the aroma of melon🍈 is apparent.
Was it melon juice?
Take a sip... it's still melon🍈.
The fizziness combined with the melon soda... ❗
There is a slight tingling sensation on the tongue.
Overripe melon... ❓
Even after a day, it was still melon😅.
February Shiboritate Period Collective Purchase Series?
Sake shop's top recommendation.
It has a stable taste.
It is a sake that you can't help but reach for.
At a sake TRAP event.
We had two kinds of sake.
Toyooka is a stable taste.
I had a sake lees soup made with Daishinshu's sake lees, which was very strong in sake flavor... very... round and round 🤣.
At a sake TRAP event.
Based on the experience of being crushed last time, we were well prepared for the event 🤣.
If you order the special menu, sake was included.
I love Nineteen.
A series of drinks I had in February (what series?)
I bought the label.
No, I wanted to try Tamako-chan, but I don't see it very often...
We often get it at events.

The Yokoyama I got the other day was very delicious ❗
I want to go to Iki Island❗
I don't taste shochu, so Kyushu may not call to me, but I want to enjoy the history and the Yokoyama... ❗
When I picked it up, Tchaikovsky ran through my head, but we were two years apart 🤣🤣.
