It doesn't have the flamboyance of Hanaup Ginjo-shu, but you can feel the original rice flavor of Junmai. It has a bit of a spicy bitterness, but it is a good sake that can be enjoyed with any snack. It is sure to be a regular Hanamura.
It's so good that I bought a bottle.
This is the best sake I have ever bought outside of a liquor store.
It's called "cost effective" when you can buy it anywhere and it's inexpensive.
Kamoshiki available at supermarkets
300ml series
It's sold at the supermarket.
It's not gorgeous, but it's great for eating.
If you can buy this level easily, sake might change.
I always wonder why they don't sell it at convenience stores.
I like it!
The sharpness, richness, and sourness of Hirotogawa are all well-balanced and seem to go well with everything. By the way, cheese goes really well with it.
Sake from Kamaishi in Iwate.
I don't expect much from these things, but...
It's good.
We drank Futaragi the day before, but both of them are very good.
Hamachidori is only a sake to match with Sanriku seafood.
The ginjo seems to be made in a modern style, so if the price is lowered, it might be popular.
I really like the color of the bottle.
The label is also very modern.
It's refreshing, fruity and tasty, but also a bit classic. If they made it more modern, I'm sure it would be popular.
It says it was developed in collaboration with Hasegawa Sake Brewery.
The label says that the rice is polished to 60% and the alcohol is only 14%, but I guess the water addition is good and the balance is good. I wonder if low alcohol will become mainstream.
It says on the label that although it is a Junmai Daiginjo, the aroma is kept low, so if you are expecting a trendy sake quality, you will be disappointed.
It's a very stylish label, just like Yamamoto.
At the end of the label, it says, "It's an afterthought, but it also expresses the bittersweetness of love" (lol).
It's the best one you can buy in the supermarket.
I think it's better to drink it with food than by itself.
They've also started selling gin and vodka, but...
The flavor is clean and refreshing.
The label on the back of the bottle is intentionally fire-retarded, but this adds to the freshness.
It is a delicious summer sake. It's a small brewery, so you can't drink it unless you have the right timing.
The fruity, sweet and umami flavors of nama sake are gorgeous.
Hanamura is a modern, well-balanced sake that I like.
They also had other specs on sale, so I think I'll get another Hanamura next time.
I think it's a little harder than the White Junmai Ginjo Raw.
Especially when you open the bottle, you can't feel the flavor very much.
It will gradually develop over time.
It is a modern and balanced sake that I like very much. If I could get my hands on it, I would drink the other specs, but Gohyakumangoku is good enough.
Opening bottle #1 fruity.
It is gorgeous and has a strong taste.
The sake is relatively easy to obtain, and since it is fire-aged, it is a good travel companion.
It is my favorite sake.
On the back label, "Please drink as you feel."
The words are irresistible to sake lovers.
After all, Fukushima sake and Aizu sake are really good.
It is delicious by itself or with food.
