Love at first sight after drinking on a trip to Kesennuma? Love at first sight? I fell in love with this sake. It is easy to drink, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice. (This is my personal opinion). With ponzu sauce of milt and hand-rolled sushi.

Smoked rainbow trout, of which we caught a lot, are served with a cup of bliss. A pleasant tingling sensation, not quite microcarbonation, spreads over the tongue. It's like a little bit of Doburoku's wildness added to the dry, refreshing taste. (Personal opinion).
