A blue bottle of Tengu Mai (¡°Tengu Mai¡±) It's finally very hot, or rather, it's too early! But it is still better in Osaka! What the heck is this archipelago? It has a variety of tastes like Tengu Mai, but it's also easy to drink in the summer. Better cold than warmed. Mr. Ota is in Ibusuki I love it! It's a perfect place for a short visit. The food at Izakaya Musashi was excellent, and Mr. Ota had a day full of bonito!

(Nagano cup is good. This is my first time to drink it, but it has a strong umami taste, with a bit of astringency and a refreshing sensation. It is a definite sake that seems to be widely loved! The taste was comforting even for me who went to the ballpark and felt uncomfortable! Thank you Senkozo!

Good evening, Shinsho😊. Sorry to hear about the match. This brewery is located in Takato, Shinshu, famous for its cherry blossoms, but the quality of their sake has been improving lately👍.

Good evening. I'm sorry about the match all the way, I'm used to it. This was my first Senjo sake and it looks very good! I have some dry sake, so I want to aim for this one! It strengthens my desire to go to Takato!

Hello Shinjo-san 🐦. I passed by the brewery yesterday. I was afraid of my husband's eyes (lol) so I couldn't buy it 😂I'm sorry to see Shinjo-san and Hiraccio-san. Takato soba is delicious, so if you go there, please take some sake and 😊.

Good evening. I love soba (buckwheat noodles) and have longed to visit Takato. But it takes more time than Ibusuki. I would like to find a route to go there somehow. The struggle with the spouse is often lost on other people. I can say that the refrigerator problem is a long-standing issue.

Good evening. Well, I see the "njo" connection. I have to put this drink in the Hall of Fame. Well, some people can open a good sake like Kiri number, so I'll try Senjo for 600! If you remember, you can find it at ......!

One cup It's been a while since I drank it, so I thought what the heck. It was very light, slightly sweet, and easy to drink. There is a little bit of alcohol in it. It's not a very popular element, but I like the feeling of alcohol because I have been addicted to the smell of rubbing alcohol and compresses since I was a boy. When I was still in kindergarten, I mistakenly drank a cup of it in a paper cup at a food court, and it was very painful and agonizing. Has the taste changed since then? It doesn't taste spicy at all. It tastes very ripe when it's heated up. I think it tastes better when it's warmed up. Mr. Ota is from Kagoshima This restaurant has a unique name "Hanjyojin" and it looked very nice! Everyone I know who has been to Kagoshima talks about the food! It is a country of good food!

Hello Shinjo 🐦. I feel like it tastes better, maybe because of the company's efforts or because my palate has grown up 😁. Dried cod roe and grilled bonito belly are good! I like the idea of using ingredients that can be bought at home and offering them in a tasty way ✨.

Good evening. I've heard that Hakutsuru Maru has gotten better. It's true that it's too good while being very cheap. I was surprised at the dried cod roe! I think I want to drink shochu! I want to study at this restaurant!

Good evening... Well, beer! At first I thought it was too bitter, but now I think it must be too bitter or it would be too dull! Maybe sake is too much for children! I'm afraid so. I think it's because I'm getting older.

I went to Nagano before the new colo and bought a lot of things, but this is one of them. It was outstandingly delicious! I also bought Masumi, but this was the best one for me! I looked twice when I found this at Yodobashi Camera! There were also Shirataka Hanshin Tigers, Tsukibotan, etc. I went to all of them that I was interested in! Yodobashi Camera is a good liquor store! It's been a long time since I've been to this place, but the taste that is etched in my memory is still there! It's cheap and tasty local old man's sake! It warms up nicely, but is also mildly dry when cold! The flavor rides well after it cools down. You can't go wrong with any of it! I don't like to go to Umeda because it's so annoying, but if I ever stop by, I want to buy it every time! Mr. Ota is in Kyoto! Kyoto is the only place I can't go anymore because of the tourist pollution and it's beyond annoying! Today, he went to Akagakiya, a restaurant where oden is delicious! I'm a big fan of oden, so I still want to go there, but I guess it's not possible anymore!

Very recently I'm in the mode of buying what I want to drink without exploring new places, so I'll post this, although it's covered.... It's called dry, but it's not tangy. It's not too dry, but it's not spicy either. It's a very versatile sake, even when cold. It's always the best sake! Mr. Ota is from Miyazaki His restaurant, Korin, was wonderful with very good food! But Miyazaki is a paradise for good food, so even if you go there, it is unlikely that you will be able to fill your stomach with the local specialties and not end up drinking as well!

Good evening, Shinjo-san 🦉. I finally caught up with Mr. Ota, who had been taking a lot of pictures 😅I was indeed in Miyazaki and had a lot of shochu for 2 weeks in a row 😊Yakitori last week was great and the fish dishes at this restaurant were good 😻.

Good evening. It's hard to accumulate even though the time has been halved. I was jealous of the beautiful seared fish this time! Fish is sake, but if I go to Miyazaki, I'll have shochu, too. It automatically goes into shochu mode!

SUNPLAZA Matsubara Ohori Interchange store is a great supermarket that has a great selection of everyday sake, for some reason they are focusing on Masumi. I had been craving a bottle of Dry Gold, so I stopped by and found this one at half price! Dry Gold is so good! Not so much dry, but crisp and full of flavor! It's great when heated up! It's a miracle that we could buy it for 200 yen! Then we took a break at Fureai Onsen Yada along the Yamato River! This is a wonderful hot spring where songs are played! And at a public bath price! When I entered, it was Mr. Frank Nagai, and I couldn't get enough of it! I asked my friend about it, and she said that there was a fair chance of seeing Monmon-chan at night, but that was a bit of a drawback.

I usually drink regular kenrishibai, but I had a kuromatsu kenrishibai once in a while. It is a more mellow type and is great cold as well as heated! I prefer it to the regular Kembishi when it's cold. Of course, it tastes so much better when heated up! Mr. Ota is in Miyazaki for the first time on the program! And Gunma is still a surprise! Miyazaki is a cold brew. That's what I got as a souvenir! You can find good food anywhere in Japan, but I personally think cold soup is at the top of the list!

(I used to drink this when I first started drinking sake, but it's been a while since I've had it. It's still very good! It has a strong dry flavor. Warming it up makes it fuller, and chilling it makes it crisp. And at a great price! I went to Yodobashi Camera and bought this for a long time. Mr. Mitamura was in Katsuura! It's a long way from Osaka, even though it's in the next prefecture! I envy him! It's a strange place, because the limited express is not convenient, so if I go there in the morning, I can go to Katsuura in Chiba much sooner than to Osaka. I mean, it's a fascinating place, so I'd like to say, do something about it!

Tenma Dai-Shuukai (¡Ω-Ω-Ω) Slightly mellow raw storage It is a summer product with a refreshing taste and aroma It gets sweeter as it warms up, but it is basically refreshing when cooled down, right? The people dancing to the KUWATA BAND medley on the way home seemed to be having a good time! For some reason, they were so well prepared that they brought their own happi (happy coats)! It was wonderful that they were giving it their all! After all, the Tenma Taishukai is unique!

Purchased at Yodobashi Camera even though I ran out of premium gift certificates (・ω・`) I went to the sake cellar Haretoke, but it was temporarily closed due to rice planting, so I had to go to Yodobashi in a hurry. I had to go to Yodobashi on short notice because it was closed due to rice planting. I also gave it a bath in boiling water! Because this is a sake made from the traditional sake brewing method and it warms up very well! It is not just a simple sake that Hanshin fans would buy, but rather a cheap but very tasty sake with the acidity and richness that is typical of the traditional sake making method. Not only Hanshin fans, but also fans of sake yeast yeast must buy it. ......

It's a very typical mature, slightly dry junmai sake, and it's good warmed up. It's the type of sake I'd like to drink on a regular basis, but it's more of a souvenir. I misunderstood. It is a very crisp junmai sake with a good acidity level. It has a rich and expansive flavor. It is more crisp when heated. When heated, the umami is moderate and you can taste the astringency. I served it with chilled tofu, and it really brings out the flavor of the chilled tofu. Even if you don't serve it with cold tofu, you can still enjoy the taste. I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards. I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards, but it is a very good sake! Mr. Ota was in Shinjuku again! Tenma Dai-Shu-kai (¡Ω-Ω-Ω) It is a slightly ripe, sharp, raw sake. The sweetness is simple and the astringency becomes visible in the latter half. The aroma and flavor of the rice-derived umami are also well expressed. I wanted to buy a bottle today, but I consumed a surplus of premium gift certificates and had plenty of stock at home. I am glad I didn't go through with it, but I am also glad I didn't because I got the perfect ticket, a wide ticket from Sunrise Earth!

Tenma Taishukai(**) Today, I was busy with baseball, derby, sumo, and Tetsudou Dash, so I had a drink in a hurry. When I arrived at the venue, the big city was playing and I thought, "Ah, it's the Tenma Taishukai! We started with Akizuka! As I expected, it has a lot of graininess even when it's unpasteurized. It has a moderate freshness and a high level of dryness, and is both pleasant to drink and comfortable to drink! After that, we were given a barrel sake, which had a very oaky aroma! Pond turtles are good. This is the first time to see this one, and it's also hot, so I thought raw would be good too, so I bought it. It has a very light and refreshing taste, but it has a very strong spiciness and a very strong umami taste. It has a lot of elements that make you want to drink it. It can also be heated. Some of the nama sake can be too strong, but this sake is light, so it goes well with it. I liked how the astringency came out well. Mr. Mitamura went to Arashiyama He was tasting a high Tanzan. I will buy expensive Aki-shika or Minami Taiheiyo if it is a little bit expensive! I buy expensive Aki-Deer or Minami Pacific when I have a chance! This one has the ripeness and acidity of Akishika. The mouthfeel is beautiful. It is still a bit expensive! However, all Aki-Deer are great, so I think I'll just buy the cheapest one. I bought this because I didn't go anywhere during the GW and had some extra money, but I also bought a Kuromatsu Kenrishi because I wanted to get a cheaper one next week! Osaka Dome (****) The paper-packaged sake makes so much sense because of the baseball stadium Hakutsuru Maru has a much more robust flavor than the regular one! The great thing about Maru is that it has some sugar and alcohol in it, which works well. The regular Maru is just right for gulping down! The Kamisen has a slightly stronger flavor, so you can drink it more slowly. It's good enough to keep on hand! But I'm going to buy some Aki-shika because I got a horse today, even though it was cheap...

Osaka Dome (¡Ω) This is a place where you can only drink paper packs, but it's ok because the next door Aeon will handle them! It is very light, soft and tasty. It is not very unique, but it is a standard goodness. It is not deep, but very tasty! I prefer the category of "normal sake", but for the price, I think it's phenomenal!
