I don't know, of course, because I don't make sake, but I wonder if they chose this title because they don't talk much about koji. The taste is light, almost like a white wine. The bonito flakes they prepared for me were superb and went well with it! It seems to go well with almost all fish dishes.

The alcohol content is only 14 degrees, so you can drink it very easily. It is recommended to be served cold, because of its good acidity, but it can also be served warm, which is not recommended, although it loses a little of its character. It also goes well with a wide range of other dishes. Mr. Ota is a camp rerun! More than Akigawa beef, more than abalone, the dish of pickled myoga and cucumber with salted kelp from kurakon seemed to be delicious! As a fan of kurakon, I thought to myself, "Mr. Ota, you're just as good as you think you are..."!

The bonito sakataki (dried bonito) went really well with it! Mr. Ota lives in the Bikan area The Bikan Historical Quarter is a great place for sake shops, but Mr. Ota's main profession is art, so he was touring the art museums! Typical cheap cup Kami-Sen There are two types of Mizuho Chrysanthemum: Mizuho Chrysanthemum Kami-Sen and this Daishoujin Kami-Sen. The Mizuho Chrysanthemum is more mellow and ripe. This one is sweeter with a touch of alcohol, but I think it's more refreshing. But it does have some ripeness. It can be served warm or cold. I think it would go well with good food in Fukuoka, but I regret that I didn't have time to try the Goboten Udo. Mizuho Kiku is also a good sake, and Fukuoka is the perfect place!
