It is said to be suitable as a food sake, so it is fresh but clean and dry (´・ω・`). It is a little too rich for me when I drink it on ice, but this one was easy to drink for me. I don't want to leave Itami! That was the last drink I had while thinking "I don't want to leave Itami! Well, I can come here anytime I want. The benches at JR Itami station face the opposite direction of the train tracks. I guess a lot of people fall off the platform when they get drunk.

Good evening, Mr. Shinjo. It's about 10 minutes from my office by bike, but I can't drink so I always take the train😅. The JR West platform should have all the chairs facing different directions to prevent falls 🤔.

Good evening. I didn't expect that you can't have a drink because you are too close. It's such a nice place! If I go near there, I might make it a habit to stop by for a drink. I guess there is such a thing as falling down when drunk. I've never experienced it because I don't get that drunk.

It is said to be somewhat dry, but the aroma is fruity (¡Ω). The taste is dry and astringent, which is quite my favorite! I love breweries and buildings like that, and drinking while looking at them is something I can't get enough of!

It is very rich and sweet, but has a beautiful mouthfeel. How does it taste when heated? It looks so good! This was so good, I bought several small things! New Year's Day was decided with Hakusetsu paper cup cask sake! It was my first time to try both Hakusetsu and Old Pine, and both were great! I thought, "Nada is not the only one! I thought! It's not such a big place, but the tasting is cheap and it's a good place if you really want to enjoy sake!

To be honest, it was not such an expectation, but the sake was wonderful, in any case, with all the good stuff (ω-ω-ω). Nada-Fushimi is close by, so it's a very humble place So have a good sake, or rather, a Happy New Year!

Paid tasting for 200 yen (¡°200 yen) that you can drink on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays at Old Pine on the Sake Brewery Street in Itami City. You get a paper cup full of pouring value! Very fresh, very tangy, very tangy, very tangy! Slowly juicy! It has a crisp alcohol taste that only a honjozo sake can have! When it warms up a little, the umami from the rice becomes firm. It was served with a banner certifying it as a Japanese Heritage! Also, water pumping has been stopped due to groundwater contamination. I had never been here before because I thought I could come here anytime, but I had left something at Takaranoyu, a famous hot spring in Takarazuka, on my way there. I am very careful when taking a bath because Miho Nakayama was unfortunately killed this year! Alcohol and bathing seem to go well together, but they are so bad! So, there was a straw barrel of Asahi Nikko at Matsuo Shrine near Hankyu Yamamoto (Hirai) Station! There was also a Hakusetsu, but the Asahi is from Shiga, isn't it? I wonder why it is there.

I bought this sake for the first time last year and liked it so much that I bought it again this year. I don't often buy sake, but this one was so good that I was surprised when I saw it! It is very sharp and tastes great warmed up. It's very sharp and tastes great warmed up! It can be served with any kind of sauce. I'm going to take a bus trip (walking trip) today. It's a long trip, so you can consume too much, but the price is very reasonable, so it's great! My favorite food is udon sukiyaki! This is also perfect! Houtou is cheap, so we split it half and half with udon, but it goes perfectly with this drink!

Moderately mature and delicious. It's a delightful gem with the balance of flavor I want more than ever! It goes straight to perfection when heated. The aroma as it warms up is also mature. The aroma when it warms up is also mature. Mr. Ota is a Kagoshima rerun! This year I also flirted with sweetpotato, but Mr. Ota also uses shochu in Kyushu! Dried cod roe seemed to go well with the sweet potato!

Slightly effervescent and lightly pon The orikori was fairly subdued. Refreshing flavor from the clean mouthfeel. The aroma is more fermented when heated. The aroma makes you happy! The taste is also plump. It's great both cold for its freshness and tightness, and warmed for its deliciousness and mildness. Baked sakekasu (sake lees) goes so well with this sake! I've tried it with other sakes, but they go together in a totally different way! I wonder if sakekasu goes best with the sake of the sake brewer. Is there a case that another sake brewer's sake goes better with sakekasu? The only drawback is the price! It costs about 2,700 yen! I can buy it these days because the horse gives me money, which is very rare for me, but I usually don't have the guts to buy it!

It is a dry sake that is light but has a strong umami taste. It has a good amount of acidity, a rich umami, and a spicy finish. It is suitable for warming up. It is also good cold. This year we found a lot of good sake in Saga! Mr. Ota is a rerun of Miyazaki! There's a very nice drinking district! Mr. Ota must really like Miyazaki!

Pouch with a gratifying feeling for ballpark drinking. I wish it would be more popular. The inside is dry with a light, refreshing taste, and has a ripe, delicious flavor. It needs to be heated to show its full potential. It can be heated from lukewarm to hot. But if you prefer it cold, it's better to drink it cold. It's winter now, so it's more likely to be heated, but you never know when the season changes.

Kunimei also has a bottled Kami-Sen, but it is a cup with a different rice. The taste is still different and this one is clearly dryer! It's also very dry when heated, so if you are a fan of dry heated sake, this is the one for you! Mr. Ota is from Kokubunji! Mr. Ota had an expensive dish of matsutake mushrooms wrapped in hamo (a type of mushroom)! That's enough sake for two months! Wow!

Thank you very much. This is a level that should be written as "dry". I don't know why you think it's a fruit if it's dry. I always refer to Mr. Ota, but this time I'm just looking at it. I'll have to win the lottery!

(It is a rich, mellow junmai with a sweet richness. It's mellow enough cold, but it's also good warmed. The brewery is located in Inazawa City, Aichi Prefecture, but I think it is similar to the Ganqiang Brewery's Shitenno in Kanie near Inazawa City. The building of the Ganqiang Brewery is very cool! Mr. Ota camped in Akiruno City, Tokyo. He bought a sake called "Kisho" at the brewery! It's nice to have nature in Tokyo!

All Naruto sea breams are good, but this one is personally the best. It has a very ginjo-like, clean mouthfeel with a very light acidity and a strong, rich flavor. Heated, it has a beautiful mouthfeel with a very light acidity. Both are the same in text, but you can enjoy both heated and chilled. I went to Osaka Tinware today for a sale, and even though it was only the first thing in the morning, there were an exorbitant number of people there! People came from far and wide! Also, I got a yellow cherry blossom cup at a flea market at Heian Jingu Shrine. Is this official?

Purchased at Yodobashi Camera's Sake Festival (¡Ω). While all the Kunimare were good, I decided to go with this one and a cup of regular sake! They say the cups are different rice The Kasen is a 5-pack and a good price! The taste is clean with soft water! It has a clear richness and deliciousness, yet it is easy to drink! It is warmed up, of course, but it is also very clean and tasty, and it is also delicious cold. It can be served with a variety of other dishes, making it a versatile all-rounder. Mr. Ota is a rerun of Komatsu! I'd love to go to Nayanji, but it's a long way from Osaka...

Sake festival at Yodobashi Camera Umeda It was crowded and there were not many sake for warming up except Kunimare, Naruto Tai and Li Bai, so I narrowed down the tasting. I was interested in the pouch of Li Bai, so I bought it without tasting. Tomoe Junmai It is said to be very dry, but the flavor is moderately dry and mellow. The price is very cheap, but it is so good that it is not worth it! Super dry Tomoe It is lighter and drier than ↑. It seems to go well with heated sake, but it is suitable for lukewarm sake. I had a hard time deciding, but I bought the Ginjo Tobikiri. After all, Naruto sea bream is good!

National Sake Festival at Yodobashi Camera Umeda I went there lightly while taking a walk along the Yodogawa River Kunimare is very rare and precious! I had to buy it because it was recommended by our Mr. Yu Darvish, so I tried several kinds of sake. Special Junmai The explanation was that the water was soft and the taste was soft, but it had a strong and clear flavor! It is often drunk at sushi restaurants because it goes well with sushi! Ginpu Junmai It has a good sharpness, but the umami is also strong. I guess it is more light than ↑. It is also delicious! Hokkaido limited edition Junmai Ginjo According to the brewer, the aroma is not so strong. It was light and tasty with a firm texture. I bought both the Kasen and the cup with different rice, as they are said to be the most suitable for hot sake!

The season has moved on at once, and the air is more favorable for heating sake. I used to be a big summer drinker, but I've started drinking sake and have become a winter drinker. However, I caught a cold at the right time and my nose is not so good! Sake is too delicate for my taste, so I decided to drink sake with sweet potato and hot water. I felt guilty and decided to buy some Kenrishi, so I stopped by Life and found a renewed version of a small bottle of Kenrishi! The bottle may have changed, but the taste inside is of course the same as it has been since the Muromachi period (1336-1573)! I gave it a shot of shochu and was able to drink it in my usual mode! After all, Kenrishi is the best!

Good morning, and welcome to the new "Lid"! The lid is now a very fancy design! The jars sit better and are easier to use, and I'm glad about that too. I don't know much about sweetpotato, so I can say that Satsuma Shiranami is the best!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) We had the stable Tomio at the beginning and the end! Hiya Oroshi The ripeness is just right and not heavy! The taste of Tomiou is just like Tomiou's taste! It tastes like Tomiou! Freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is easy to drink for me personally because it has a strong but sharp taste and astringency. If you agree with my preference for sugar-free beer, I think you'll like it! Uji Gyokuro Umeshu Umeshu (plum wine) with a strong tea astringency! This is delicious! I prefer it to regular plum wine! After all, Tomio is wonderful! It's really good no matter what you drink!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) A surprisingly priced 10 years old sake that had been lying in the depths of the brewery. It has a very beautiful ripeness, and the pleasant aroma that passes through the nose is very elegant. There is also a part where I think it is a little herb-like. I've never had herbs before. It was indeed a precious feeling that the price speaks for itself! I am grateful that the storehouse staff went out of their way to stop me and let me experience it! I can't buy it, though! Also, it was a new thing that they wrote "tap water" in the "suitable" column! I wonder if he didn't want to use tap water, or if tap water really goes well with the sake. The other sake was quite aggressive, such as KOIKEYA Karamucho and Big Mac, so I thought it was an interesting sake brewery! Uraigiyama Super Dry Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is dry and light. The flavor comes slowly with a mellow richness. This is also good! If I see it, I want to buy it because it is not that expensive!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Nikoku Saturn The acidity unique to sake yeast yeast yeast makes it very smooth to drink. It has a slightly sweet rice-derived flavor and moderate astringency. The taste is strong and well balanced. Hiya Oroshi It tastes like a very ripe persimmon when warmed up! Personally, I love persimmons, and if I taste a bit of persimmon, I immediately think "persimmon"! So this is probably an exaggeration! The description says that it is young, calm, and moderately matured, and I felt the same way when it was cold! It has a sweet, rich and mature taste, and the astringency is more noticeable than when it is heated up!
