The season has moved on at once, and the air is more favorable for heating sake. I used to be a big summer drinker, but I've started drinking sake and have become a winter drinker. However, I caught a cold at the right time and my nose is not so good! Sake is too delicate for my taste, so I decided to drink sake with sweet potato and hot water. I felt guilty and decided to buy some Kenrishi, so I stopped by Life and found a renewed version of a small bottle of Kenrishi! The bottle may have changed, but the taste inside is of course the same as it has been since the Muromachi period (1336-1573)! I gave it a shot of shochu and was able to drink it in my usual mode! After all, Kenrishi is the best!

Good morning, and welcome to the new "Lid"! The lid is now a very fancy design! The jars sit better and are easier to use, and I'm glad about that too. I don't know much about sweetpotato, so I can say that Satsuma Shiranami is the best!

I also like Kitcho Takarazan, which I used to drink at Tori Aristocrat. If I had to buy, I would buy Kozuru or Tsurumi. Also, I liked the Tanabata and the Manzen I only had once at a place where I went out for drinks.

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) We had the stable Tomio at the beginning and the end! Hiya Oroshi The ripeness is just right and not heavy! The taste of Tomiou is just like Tomiou's taste! It tastes like Tomiou! Freshly squeezed, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is easy to drink for me personally because it has a strong but sharp taste and astringency. If you agree with my preference for sugar-free beer, I think you'll like it! Uji Gyokuro Umeshu Umeshu (plum wine) with a strong tea astringency! This is delicious! I prefer it to regular plum wine! After all, Tomio is wonderful! It's really good no matter what you drink!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Dry Junmai Hitogokochi Always warmed up, good balance of umami and dryness. But it was so dry that I thought it was beer for a moment. It was so dry that I thought it was beer for a moment. If it was on sale, I would have bought it for sure... In the name of autumn Ripe enough, but with a tart, fresh texture. It's a shame to hear that it is no longer available. The name and the label are interesting. Junmai Tochigi Sake 14 It has a firm, cool, dry taste. It is brewed with soft water, and you can tell. The name of the rice shows the love for Tochigi!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) A surprisingly priced 10 years old sake that had been lying in the depths of the brewery. It has a very beautiful ripeness, and the pleasant aroma that passes through the nose is very elegant. There is also a part where I think it is a little herb-like. I've never had herbs before. It was indeed a precious feeling that the price speaks for itself! I am grateful that the storehouse staff went out of their way to stop me and let me experience it! I can't buy it, though! Also, it was a new thing that they wrote "tap water" in the "suitable" column! I wonder if he didn't want to use tap water, or if tap water really goes well with the sake. The other sake was quite aggressive, such as KOIKEYA Karamucho and Big Mac, so I thought it was an interesting sake brewery! Uraigiyama Super Dry Junmai Daiginjo The aroma is dry and light. The flavor comes slowly with a mellow richness. This is also good! If I see it, I want to buy it because it is not that expensive!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) Nikoku Saturn The acidity unique to sake yeast yeast yeast makes it very smooth to drink. It has a slightly sweet rice-derived flavor and moderate astringency. The taste is strong and well balanced. Hiya Oroshi It tastes like a very ripe persimmon when warmed up! Personally, I love persimmons, and if I taste a bit of persimmon, I immediately think "persimmon"! So this is probably an exaggeration! The description says that it is young, calm, and moderately matured, and I felt the same way when it was cold! It has a sweet, rich and mature taste, and the astringency is more noticeable than when it is heated up!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) It's a super-harsh unpasteurized sake that's been stored for a year. It has a ripe taste, but it's fresh because it's unpasteurized. It's not the way to go if you want to heat it up. The lightness and smoothness on the palate makes 19 degrees a bit scary! I bought a bottle of Kikuhide Junmai!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) This is a first time brand that I would not have known the name if it were not for Sake no Wawa! Hiya Oroshi Ripe and sweet, but dry. It was very good, but I preferred the dry Junmai sake, so I bought that one. Junmai Daiginjo Shoshu Slightly sweet with a sake strength of -1, but I thought it was too sweet for me! I've been buying so many super dry sake that my taste buds are getting stupid! I really feel like a high school girl in the olden days!

Very light 14 degree C. It is not very strong, but it has a rich sweet taste. It is recommended to be heated, but it can also be served cold. Anyway, it has a strong but light flavor, so it's easy to drink and it goes down very quickly. I'm not a drinker, so I'm very grateful for such a low strength sake, and I'm sure I'll end up drinking too much! It was good with meat and other dishes! Mr. Ota is from Funabashi! Yurukanzakaba Nigirin is a great place! The squid liver rooibe looks good!

The 9th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower There were many very new participating sake breweries to discover! I entered 10 minutes before the event started and had a preview of the event, and was given a very detailed explanation by Go-no Honor! All Junmai Daiginjo sake made from Koshihikari rice! Since the rice is used for food, the milling ratio of the rice is about the same to remove any unwanted flavors. Unfiltered raw sake It is a light and cool sake, and the flavor comes out well as the temperature rises, but the dry, crisp taste gives way to a softer, tighter texture. Kasumiyama It is deeper than ↑, but still cool and refreshing. Nama Hashiroshi It has transparency, hard and dry, but deep and rich. The deliciousness seems to follow it. Kurogane It has a very bitter-sweet richness. The sense of ripeness is great from the first aroma. The ripe taste is cool and soft. Sudoh Honke is the oldest sake brewer in Japan, founded in the Heian period. Minamoto no Yoritomo may have drunk this sake. When you think about it, this is a very dangerous sake brewery!

It is very light and dry (´¦). It is refreshingly delicious and makes the best use of the fit. Even when heated, it brings out the mild flavor. The label is the same blue as the Dodgers! There were two more types of Tamanjutsu, but I chose this one to make a wish! After I got home, I realized that the color of the BayStars was similar to the Dodgers! Well, that's the Hawks for you! I could rely on them when they were on my side! They covered my mistake with their ability! Mr. Ota is a Miyazaki re-runner! He bought cold soup as a souvenir. Cold soup is the best food in the world!

To Fushimi Inari I went quite early in the morning. Even so, there were quite a lot of people! It's a very popular place! I bought a bottle of oshinzake (sacred sake) there. It was expensive (500 yen), but the flint injects power into your body! I thought I was going to win the horse race, but it turned out to be a miserable failure! It didn't work at all! It tastes like a regular Gekkeikan Kamisen! It's chemical and refreshing! And then there's Fushimi Momoyama Castle! And I liked Chouenji Temple, a place in Yodo associated with the Shinsengumi! When I was a student, I couldn't understand what was going on, but now my intelligence is better enough to feel sorry for the Shinsengumi who were killed. I went to a high school where the only students who read books such as "Yanmaga" instead of textbooks were in class, so I spent a lot of time in the arcade when we went to Fushimi Momoyama for excursions. But even today, I mainly drink, so it's no different now.

I went to Horyuji Temple. I didn't want to go to Horyu-ji because of the high admission fee, but suddenly there was a guy who started collecting red seals, so I had no choice but to go with him. I always think Nara is a wonderful place. It is still the ancient capital of Japan with its beautiful scenery. But I heard that the price of Horyuji temple will be raised even more, which is disgusting! We went to Hatsushigure no Ota Sake Brewery in the neighborhood! The architecture is soooo ugly! We bought a 4-goule bottle of sake to go around Horyu-ji Temple. When I asked how much they charge, they generously priced all but one bottle at 1,600 yen! However, I thought it was a little expensive for 1600 yen for a bottle of sake that was regular sake! If you buy sake, you run out of money, just like Horyuji. The sake was to my liking. Brewed by Osaka's Isaka Sake Brewery. I thought it was similar to Danjiri, the original sake from this brewery, but with a little more alcohol. My brother caught a delicious fish called "shibudai" and we ate it with this, but the sake was too strong! Even the pickled plums he brought as a souvenir died! Cooked food is good!

Hiyoroshi of Kaiharu (¡Ω-Ω-``) Summer has been so long that I've been eating too many tupets, or maybe I've had a stomach ache, so I haven't been able to drink much sake. I also cheated on my wife by buying barley wine, and even though the stock of barley wine in my house is getting quite large, I still don't want to buy any more... as a typical user of sake. After getting sick, I happened to get some money from my horse and went to Yamanaka Sake store to buy some expensive Aki-Rika, but they didn't have any that caught my attention, so I went back to drinking Kaiharu Hiyoroshi, which is a normal price. It is just a little bit ripe, spicy and rich in umami. The flavor is dense, but still smooth. I wish I had this in summer! Warmed up, the ripeness and umami are more powerful. It has more of an autumnal feel to it. You can move the season slightly by heating or cooling it up. Mr. Okawa took a bus trip (mostly on foot), but it was extremely hot in August, even in Aomori! That must have made it hard to drink sake.

Takashimaya's Sake Festival (¡Ω) Daisenji Shirakiku bought this one among a lot of good sake. Is it shochu? It's so dry but the flavor is a little sharp! Takashimaya's Sake Festival (・ω・`) There was a dry sake that suited me, so I tried it and decided to buy it at once! However, it looked like I could try them all, so thankfully I did! Junmai Sake Triple A Hi-ire It was released as a one-time-only project sake, but it sold well, so it was commercialized as it was! It has a sour taste and will surely sell well! The logo was also a simple idea, but they thought it looked like something from a conspiracy group, so they used it as a toy. Junmai Omachi 70 There are many kinds of sake brands, and this one is a robust type. It has a strong lactic acid taste, but has a beautiful mouthfeel. I have bought it before, but it was a different impression from that time. At that time, I was told to let it sit for 6 months because it was hard, and when I opened it and drank it right away, it was so dry! It seems to change every year. Junmai Shirakiku Rare rice Soft but with a good density of flavor. Junmai Zoshunishiki Very rare rice Firm but smooth! About 5 bottles were sold during the time I was at the booth! Bishu Three kinds of blend It has a rich and complex flavor that you would expect from a blend. Junmai Daiginjo It has a strong flavor that can only come from low-temperature aging, and it has a nice sharpness and richness. I will write more about the super-harshness in the future due to the lack of characters.
