Saijo Limited Partnership in Kawachinagano City. I liked it at the Osakasake Square, and when I read the pamphlet, I was told that this sake for heating sake will be released in November, so I went there! I visited many minor shrines in the area, so I could only visit Nagano Shrine in Kawachinagano, but it was a nice place! I will go back to buy some more Amano sake! The sake has a nice matured taste even when very cold! It has a beautiful matured taste! It really warms up when heated! It's a honjozo sake, so it has a lightness to it. It's a sake for heating up, so you can really appreciate the warmth of the sake. The area around the brewery, located on Koya Kaido, still retains the atmosphere of an old town. However, the brewery was playing a jazz cover of Something by the Beatles, which made me wonder why it wasn't enka! Other than that, it is perfect.

It is a friend of the common people at a low price in the midst of high prices. The taste is dry but cool and refreshing. It is very good lukewarm, but it is also delicious cold. This is a great value! I'm not sure if I've ever seen a show called "The King of Osaka" where they surveyed 43 cities, towns, and villages in Osaka! I was watching a program called "Nobody Knows King" and they featured the oldest store in each municipality, and they mentioned a Japanese sweets store and a sake brewery! Naniwa Masamune is 309 years old. It would be an amazing ranking if they did it in Kyoto!

Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. Very dry but mild. There is also a gentle sweetness derived from rice. It's a bit of a change for those who like super dry wines. It can be warmed up and enjoyed with autumn flavors without getting tired of drinking it. I didn't stay too long at the brewery festival as I didn't find anything that could compete with this one. These days, I always end up buying something similar. I mean, it's always crowded, but even though it was Sunday afternoon, it seemed to be deserted. This time, the venue was changed and it seemed bigger. I wonder if the prices will go up or something. I was the same as a certain person that I went to my usual place to buy a Rolex. I'm so scared! Mr. Ota is in Kochi He seems to love Kochi, too, and the heated sake store he visited this time certainly looked very nice!

Good evening, Mr. Shinjo. The place where they had exhibitions and stuff was also turned into a chanel and it's completely inbound specs 😢. It's a shame 💦.

Good morning, Mr. BOUKEN (****). Something like the liveliness is only inbound. Where are the Japanese! I felt like "Where are the Japanese? I don't think I can sell what I want to sell if it is not so lively.

Hochozuru's extra edition (*ω`*) Every once in a while, a super dry sake is released with various types of rice. It's a series that I buy when it's released! The aroma is gorgeous for a super dry sake! The taste is still very dry, but it has a juicy flavor. The dryness matches better when heated up! The purple label Omachi I bought before was great, but this one is just as good! If I remember correctly, I think this one is drier! Mr. Ota is a re-run of Bikan Historical Quarter! The Bikan Historical Quarter has many unique sake shops and is a very good place for sake lovers! I guess he didn't have time to visit a liquor store because he was touring museums, which is part of his day job.

It is very light but has a wide range of flavor. The sharpness is very smooth, as is typical of honjozo. Warming up the sake will of course enhance the flavor. Simple dishes go very well with this sake. The price is very reasonable and it is a great everyday sake.

It is very ripe and yet shuffling, astringent, dry dry and sharp (¡Ω-Ω). Needless to say, warming it up is a must. It's so delicious! Mr. Ota is from Echigo Takata. I wish I could go there! The izakaya (Japanese style bar) also has a good selection of regular sake, which seems to be very appealing when it comes to heating up the sake!

Very full and broad flavor(s). The acidity and sweetness ratio are just right. It is not heavy, but smooth, soft and mellow, as expected from the Sogen brewery. The damage to the sake was severe, but the craftsmanship does not make you feel it at all! It is stable at all temperatures from cold to hot, but I personally prefer it lukewarm. The range of applications is extremely wide, and it's perfect for everything! Mr. Ota is from Gakugei University. He seems to have confidence in his heated sake, and even his former student came to visit him!

Purchased at Osakasake Square (...omg...omg...omg...omg...omg...omg...) This is Naniwa Masamune's sake with local rice. Very mellow and ripe taste. Light acidity and freshness, with a hint of astringency and spiciness. It was expensive for me, as I tend to drink mostly honjozo and regular sake, but I was drunk and I liked it, so I bought it immediately. It also goes well with warmed sake. It has a mellow, rich, and soft taste.

Oosaka Sake Square(*) I liked the big dry one, so I tried this one too. It's a slightly light, slightly ripe hiyaoroshi with a good sense of maturity, but still mildly delicious! This is right in the middle of the strike zone! If I was watching a live broadcast and my pitcher threw it, I would say, "Oh, that's it! I'd say, "Oh! It was so good that I read the pamphlet and found out that they also serve heated sake. I'll go to Kawachinagano to see the autumn leaves and buy some! I also bought a bottle of Naniwa Masamune sake, which I had never seen before!

Oosaka Sake Square(**) Matsu-no-hana is the best sake! I can't say I'm good at unfiltered unpasteurized sake, but I trust the sake brewer. It has a savory flavor with a rich graininess. I guess it's on the sweet side. It's not my specialty, but it's delicious! As expected of the Kawashima Sake Brewery!

Oosaka Sake Square(*) Very dry with a sense of ripeness with a slight acidity that is unique to Akizuka. It has a sense of maturity like hiyaoroshi with a refreshing sharpness. The ideal balance makes us think it is as good as it should be! After this, I also had a hiyaoroshi from Amano Sake, which was also wonderful, and I felt like Osaka is not to be underestimated! I look down on Osaka with all my heart, but perhaps because I was born in Osaka, my body is honest. Osaka sake matches my body!

Oosaka Sake Square(*) I went with a cheap ticket on the last day in the evening. Although there is a fee, it was only 2000 yen! This is too good at this time of price hikes! First of all, there was something I didn't know, so here it is! It is a little sharp as a joyful light! Sourness is strong Just the right amount of umami. It is cheap and well-balanced sake that can be used for everyday drinking.

Takashimaya Sake Festival I went to Inada Honten for hiyaoroshi sake, which I bought last year, but did not try to taste the sake at Shinkoro, so I decided to buy this one too! It is very crisp and dry, but the umami is thick! It has a ripe sweetness. The aroma is refreshing! The warmed sake is dry and dry, but still has a nice ripeness and warmth. Cold sake is not at recommended temperature, but it is good! Mr. Ota lives in Kagurazaka. The soba looked delicious!

Takashimaya Sake Festival(*) I didn't sample much because I was afraid of the new koro. I thought only because Inadahime hiyayoroshi is good, but I bought Top Suitai and had a little chat at the Ryuriki corner... I have to be adventurous at times like this, but I was on the defensive again! I thought I could at least try a little change in Ryuryoku, but I was worried about it and regretted choosing the safest option. However, when I drank it at home with duck meat that was on sale at a huge discount, I was glad I did! It's still a great classic! It's so good! The perfect balance of the softness of the lactic acidity and the umami richness from the rice, yet not cloying, makes me feel at ease! Of course it is also great cold! Also, the Koshino-Kanbai shochu was great, but unfortunately it was not at a price I could afford as someone who only buys cheap shochu!

A very grainy summer sake. Deep, rich, dry, dry and light. It can be served with soda or warmed. If you want, it's relatively boring at room temperature. I am a fan of Junmai Konaki, but this one was really good too! I was looking for it, so when I found it, I was oohed and ahhed, and it lived up to my expectations! Also, there used to be an unfiltered sake of this, but I guess they don't have it anymore. Mr. Ota is a rerun of Ito! Izu is great! A restaurant called "Umehara" looked wonderful!

Purchased at the National Sake Fair (¦) Very tasty! The acidic flavor is mellow. The astringency and sharpness are both mild. It is so good when heated up! Mr. Ota is from Shimane Iwami Ginzan looked like a lot of fun! The izakaya in Matsue is great and I wish I could have been there! I probably should have passed by there before, but I was just starting out as a sake drinker, so I didn't do any research! The sake was a perfect choice, and I'm thinking of trying Lake Shinji again in the winter!

Purchased at a national sake fair I have lived this long without having a chance to encounter Yamanashi sake. I am 100% a drink-and-purchase kind of person, and I found it with my first Yamanashi sake! It is a dry, dry, grainy type of sake that warms up nicely! Although it is a honjozo sake, the alcohol content is moderate! The astringency and acidity finish it off well! It can be drunk cold as well!

It is a refreshing summer sake with a very dry, dry and ripe flavor. It is good chilled, of course, but also goes well with warmed sake, so it can be served either way. Today we ate at Hamachi, which is very inexpensive, but the beans are the best! Mr. Ota is a Shizuoka re-runner! Oishi Dainiro's parents' house again!
