I bought it at a national sake fair. I was so drunk that I don't know why I bought it, but I remember that I wanted to buy Kamogawa when I was told to buy some other sake. I don't remember tasting it at the Yamagata booth, but I think I liked it. And they put it in a very nice bag! And here it is! Anyway, it's great warmed up! Cold, it has a wide range of flavor and a sharpness with acidity that makes you want to have something to drink! It's best when it's cooled down and the flavor is perfect! I was brain dead when I bought it, but I think I bought it because I tasted it and it was good! Mr. Ota is back in Hirosaki! I'm sorry I didn't like it better!

I'm quite curious about Shinjo's "Anyway, it's good heated" and "heated zamashi is the best" 👍. I've had igamentshi in Hachinohe, but I'd like to go to Hirosaki.

I'm so damn hot and all I do is heat it up........ I like a weak acidity, but I liked this one despite the acidity, so I thought it was interesting. Hachinohe seems to have stronger acidity. Hirosaki seems to be a nice city and also has a lot of charm!

National Sake Fair 2025 (・ω・`) When I went to the shochu corner, it was almost the end, so I hurriedly went to the last spurt. There were many good Shikoku shochu! The last one we chose was "Kimoto" by Sankan Shuzo in Okayama prefecture! It is very dry and has a lactic acid taste! It is a very dry sake in this series! It was a super favorite of mine, so I finished with this! It was such a fulfilling event that we bought sake at the end and went to bed outside for about an hour! Please do it again!

National Sake Fair 2025(´) Toyama Prefecture booth I was curious about the name Kurobe Gorge because of its charm. It's a honjozo sake with quite an impact and refreshing mellowness too! I had a few drinks at the Ishikawa booth, but I was too busy talking to take pictures! I bought a bottle of "my sake" here! I was also asked to try a sake from Yamagata that had something to do with barrels! It was nice to see the crowd getting more free-spirited and free-spirited!

National Sake Fair 2025(´) They said sake from Shimokita Peninsula I expected it in the land of Oma's Tuna Cold standing horse Horses keep robbing me of my money, so I was terrified when I saw the label, but I mustered up the courage. Clear with a grain-like richness. It seems to be heavy, and when I liked this one, I was asked if I was hooked on the heaviness. I was asked. Junmai Very light and just the right amount of umami. Seems to be even better when heated.

National Sake Fair 2025(*) I know very little about Aomori Prefecture's sake, so for now I'll just have the sake that I seem to like. It has a very clean flavor and acidity that accentuates it. The number says it's quite dry, but it may not be that dry.

National Sake Fair 2025(´¦) Dry sake with very active acidity. Impressive sharpness and freshness. Also, I think Senryo Otokoyama needs to be heated to fully appreciate its full potential, so I'll hold off on commenting on that. I also had some Yamakita Junmai Daiginjo and Washinoo Kizunokou, but the shochu was starting to kick in and I was talking too much, so I don't really remember them, so I'm reserving comment!

National Sake Fair 2025(*) I drank shochu for a while and went to the Iwate Prefecture booth. I wanted to go to Fukushima Prefecture, but it was crowded, so I didn't go there. I thought Iwate was empty between Akita and Fukushima, but as if he read my mind, he said "Iwate is not good at advertising...". It was true that I knew less about Iwate than other prefectures in the Tohoku region. And the character "tezukuri" is still a charm! This is an elegant Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a rather simple flavor! It is said to be a staple of Iwate, but there is no doubt at all!

Good evening, Shinjou-san. I'm glad you commented because I too asked for a sake made with Ginga and was recommended Nanafukujin and thought it was delicious. Iwate sure seems like a waste 💦.

Good evening. I don't buy expensive Junmai Daiginjo here, but this is one I can drink every day! I don't know much about Iwate sake, only the famous ones, and I don't see it at many events.

Kunisake Fair 2025 (¡Ω-Ω-Ω) It was very good, although I personally have not had this type of sake very often, because of the acidity and astringency with a delicious flavor! Also, I forgot to take a picture of the Mitani Haru Junmai, which has a sweet and sour acidity and is very drinkable and tasty! I was told that the brewery is located in a great place on the island of Kure City, and was recommended to visit there if I could!

Hello, Shinjou 🐦! You are 700 check-ins! Congratulations 🎉🎊 It's hard to choose and drink from several breweries in one prefecture, but it's fun... I'm looking forward to reading your review of the event after this one 😊.

Thank you very much for your help, even though he is not aware of any of them. I think I have to drink the type I don't usually buy for events, but when I see something I like, I want it and get lost in my mind. I'm always losing money because the ones I like are always cheap.

Kokusai Sake Fair 2025(*) The children's illustrations are so cute! The delicate flavor is bold and robust. It looks light, but it's a solid sake that you want to keep drinking! Are there many good sakes in Hiroshima? I enjoyed drinking a variety of sakes that I didn't know existed, and many of them had both individuality and goodness!

Kunisake Fair 2025 (´´Omega Sake´´) Very rice-derived savory flavor sharp. Definitely the type San-in fans would like! And it's yellow. I regret that there is no heated section. I'm sure it will be 10 times better when heated!

National Sake Fair 2025(´) With the new original sake rice Rice is now a luxury item Yesterday I was too excited to buy stockpiled rice at Meat Hanamasa and dropped 1000 yen! I was so excited that I dropped 1000 yen! That's why I bought this one with a fox label! It's a sake brewer from Tsuwano, which is famous for its Inari Shrine! The red label is very clear and refreshing, with a fresh acidity that gives it freshness, richness, and umami! This is interesting! The white label has a beautiful sweetness and is also refreshing with a nice acidity! I forgot the blue label because I was talking! Also, there was a "Toyo no aki" (autumn harvest) label that reads a picture book to Shimanekko-kun (a little boy). It was very cute, but the taste was not for me.

National Sake Fair 2025(*) Jishu Restoration is, after all, Yamaguchi Prefecture is the Meiji Restoration My father is from Hagi, and even though he is not interested in history or anything like that to death, he said Yoshida Shoin is Shoin-sensei! I've never had a sake called Kinbunsho before. I haven't had many daiginjo-shu, so it's hard to compare it with others, but it also has a slightly ripe feel? Junmai sake will be interesting. I'd like to buy some.

National Sake Fair 2025 On the way to the Wakayama booth, we watched a sake brewing song. The song of sake brewing is very exciting! As for me, there are many sake brands I don't know about in Wakayama, even though it is a neighboring prefecture! I found a nice Masamune here, which is wonderful! Mellow and simple, it's the kind of sake I wish I could find on my travels! Well, I would like to visit the sake brewery again since it is close by!

Kunisake Fair 2025 It was a good dry sake with a very mild and full flavor! It seems to be very easy to get tired of drinking! And after drinking this, he also recommended the Niseko Special Junmai! This one had a more delicate side and the flavor was elegant! And the Shin Totsukawa Junmai, which was out of the picture! A rich, dry sake! The Hokkaido booth was kind of crowded and rushed!

I remember drinking Kinpitaiku at Sapporo Dome, it was very good so I have a good impression of Hokkaido sake This one is indeed very dry! It has a dry and slightly umami taste, which is standard. Of course, I think it's perfect with food!

National Sake Fair 2025 (´-ω-๑℠)♡ The sake brewery has come back to life after a 40-year absence. Thank goodness there is good news in the sake world, which is becoming a treasure trove of negative news! It is located near the Tokyo Racecourse. Not as close as Edo Kaijo, but it's hard to imagine a sake brewery in this area! The sake is light and fresh. The taste is moderate and orthodox. Junmai Daiginjo is even more delicious! This is also an orthodox Junmai Daiginjo-shu!
