しんじょう
National Sake Fair 2025 (... - ̀ω-...)
I had seen Edo Kaikyo on TV a lot, so I knew about it.
The people at the Tokyo booth seemed to be well accustomed to talking with us.
When I asked them to choose a sake from the Tokyo tap water, they said it would be Edo Kaijo.
Contrary to my expectations, it was a very beautiful sake!
The mild sweetness was also refreshing!
Well, I guess it's natural that the water was judged to be good by professionals, but I can't picture it at all!
Everything from yeast to everything else is all Tokyo
It's like a "Tetsudou Datta" sake, but it's amazing that they can run a business with that kind of quality.
And then there's Palla-Casey.
This one is more like a sweet and sour wine.
It's not for me, but I found that I don't need preconceived notions about Edo Kaijo! I found out that it's not for me!
