Shimane 3)
Ishu Sake Brewery in Tsuwano Town
(A search shows the same address, with Ishizhu Brewery manufacturing and Hanaizumi Brewery selling.
Ishu Sake Brewery is Sekushu Sake Brewery.
Hwasen Shuzo is Kasen Shuzo.
Both read differently than I expected 🤣.
I heard it's pronounced "Kitsune" but I can't read it 🤣.
The label is cool!
Polishing ratio 50%, En no Mai 15%, Sake degree +1.5, 2100 yen
They used to use Sakonishiki.
They say it is a blend of two yeasts.
Fresh, clean and fruity.
It's good but needs a little more umami🤔. しんじょうNational Sake Fair 2025(´)
With the new original sake rice
Rice is now a luxury item
Yesterday I was too excited to buy stockpiled rice at Meat Hanamasa and dropped 1000 yen! I was so excited that I dropped 1000 yen!
That's why I bought this one with a fox label!
It's a sake brewer from Tsuwano, which is famous for its Inari Shrine!
The red label is very clear and refreshing, with a fresh acidity that gives it freshness, richness, and umami!
This is interesting!
The white label has a beautiful sweetness and is also refreshing with a nice acidity!
I forgot the blue label because I was talking!
Also, there was a "Toyo no aki" (autumn harvest) label that reads a picture book to Shimanekko-kun (a little boy).
It was very cute, but the taste was not for me. ぽわんぽわんShimane Sake (7)
A 4-goupe bottle that I bought in Shimane. Of course I tasted it, but it was the red fox that caught my attention. I've had it on the open shelf in the kitchen since New Year's ✨.
Tonight we are having a seafood nabe with miso and ginger. We tried various types of sake, including lukewarm, hot, and tobikiri, but our favorite was the tobikiri. It's a little classical, with a refreshing rice flavor that is typical of Shimane sake, and goes well with a homey nabe 👍.
We enjoyed it as if it were sake served at a shrine's autumn festival. SatochanOn the right is a firm-eyed fox
Slight aroma, soft attack. The taste is firm and dry. It is easy to drink and has a dry aftertaste.
It is like the fox on the bottle is staring at you. You have to taste it thoroughly. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
