This sake is very unique!
It has a taste that I have never encountered before!
I want to drink it slowly! hikarudayoCoconut strong strong,
I wondered if the coconutty feeling was unique to alsode, but it is also possible with junmai sake.
I bought it in early spring with gairo from a Japanese sweets shop in the same area as Hanazake.
It was a delicious sake that went well with all kinds of food.
