I had an earlier GW than others due to a slipped back, and it's been a while since I've been to a liquor store (´¦). It's been a while since I've been to a liquor store, so I focused on my basic sake. This is the sake I've bought the most after Kenrishi and Shiraga, in other words, the sake I've been most indebted to. It is a really good super-harakuchi sake with layers of flavor! And you will never get tired of drinking it! It can be served cold or hot. It can be served in a wide variety of ways. There are many inbound customers to the liquor store! The owner told me that the customers before me were from Spain and France! The street in front of the liquor store is no longer Japanese! My apartment building is also under construction! I had a drink while watching Mr. Mitamura, but I haven't been to Nara City much recently! I wonder if it will be crowded during GW. I'd like to go if I can!

Shinjou, every time ❗️ It's been a while 😅 Chiyomusubi is a very typical San-in sake. I sometimes want to drink it too! I thought Mr. Ota looked stylish in his white suit today, but it was Mr. Mitamura 🤣.

I bought a carton for the ballpark, but gave it up due to a bad back. I had no choice but to drink it at home. I was hooked on Kizakura after drinking the Hon Zukuri, so I thought I'd give this one a try! It is said to be light and dry, but it has a strong umami taste and a light umami sweetness from the rice. The spiciness and astringency are also in good condition. I think the reason for the low price is that it has a strong alcohol taste. Personally, I found it best served lukewarm, but it can be served at all temperatures. Kizakura also serves beer, so I had a beer with it to try it out, and it went well with it! Mr. Ota is a rerun of Matsumoto! I used to go to Nagano about once a year, but I haven't been there since the new colo!

Very complex deliciousness! (Translated from original in Japanese) Yellow sake! Acid for warming! You can tell it's San-in right away without any information! There is no other way to describe its taste! I bought this at a certain liquor store and went to Sakuranomiya Kema Park! I'm sorry to say that this is the lowest grade of dirty river, but Osaka is a place where people gather even for this kind of thing! It doesn't go well with the sake designed to promote the wonderful place called Tottori! But, this is where the sake event will be held, so please forgive me!

That brewery is one of the darkest and most dangerous breweries in the Sanin area😅. I once drank a 98% polished rice called "Umezu no Namaishige" and it made a huge impact on me. The glass of the store is inscribed with "Tama Sakura", so they seem to be strong in San-in sake 👍.

I didn't have much time, so I went to Tamagushi River near Onchi Station in Yao City, though it was not so much cherry blossom viewing. I bought this at a Kinko's store because there didn't seem to be a liquor store in the neighborhood. It is dry and low in alcohol, so it has a slightly sweet and crisp taste. I appreciate the low alcohol content because my liver is not very good at all. I wouldn't say it's fresh, but it does have the flavor of fresh sake! I kept it at room temperature, but I guess that's okay. I prefer it not too fresh, and I appreciate it that way! I've been into Kizakura lately, but they don't have much of it. If I can keep a good Gekkeikan, it will be more convenient. I'll keep this and THE shot. And on the way home, I heard that a certain liquor store had Kurumizaka, so I went there, but they didn't have what I wanted! Sorry I left without buying it!

Spring is the season of Hakkaisan sake. Since Mr. Hiraccio taught me how to make it, it has become a springtime staple! I drink it with bamboo shoots every year, but today I had it with edamame (soybean curd) which was very cheap! It goes great! Also, for some reason, we found some very inexpensive yellowtail, so that also went well with it! However, edamame-dofu is a better match! Mr. Mitamura was drinking something in Kyobashi! There is a sake called Sankichi Masamune, isn't there? After all, it's cheap in Kyobashi! The last time I drank for 1,500 yen in Kyobashi was just before the new colo, after winning a rare horse race! I want to drink Sankichi Masamune after Shin-Coro is destroyed!

Very refreshing dry dry(er). Fresh and slightly effervescent when first opened There is a light drinking fluidity to it. It has a gin-like citrus flavor like Bombay Sapphire. The astringent spiciness comes in and it has a nice finish. When heated, the bubbles are amazing! The flavor and aroma are also very good. It's best as a heated sake. But it is best served cold or chilled. Mr. Ota is from Ashikaga. The soba in the northern Kanto region looks delicious! I love soba in Fukui, but it's too bad it's so hard to get there! I was thinking of going to Tochigi! The two restaurants Mr. Ota went to today had very little local sake, which is a shame because I didn't feel the love for Tochigi! But the food looked so delicious...

Very crisp, acidic, and deep deliciousness. The spiciness has a firm dryness. Heating up the sake amplifies the richness of the flavor, but personally I prefer it very lukewarm. Just enough to warm it up by hanging a flat sake cup over the hole in the sake warmer where you can put a bottle of sake. I've been drinking Akizuka and Kozutsuru for a while now. They are great! Mr. Ota is in Toyama! Asparagus kombu-majime is the ultimate in luxury! I heard they have wild vegetables, too, and I definitely want to try them!

Sake Uragana Ninja - Osaka Version This is an event where you can drink with a heavy drinker, Kaori Kanishi, and a singer-songwriter, Rio, who is a singer-songwriter. And it's only 2000 yen for one drink, what a luxury! And unlike live houses, you can drink the precious sake of Shiga Prefecture. On the stage, there was a retro bottle of Kitajima for Mr. Kosai and one for me that I hadn't had yet! Kaori Kosai said that she likes to drink strong and strong sake, so I thought I had to take a lesson from her! This one has a slightly yellow hue. It has a rich, mellow, ripe taste, but is relatively mild, and when heated, it has a gentle sweetness. The aroma is just a hint of sweetness before and after the taste. It has a beautiful balance that conveys all the information about the sake without being overshadowed by any prominent elements. Even if you're drunk and your head is in a daze because of all the noise, you'll be able to recreate the taste in your brain!

I drank it at an event called "Hoshizora Stand". The aroma of the sake was so strong as it warmed up, and I was so excited even before the sake warmer was used. When you drink it, you will be hit with a very dry, aromatic, deep and rich Tamasakura taste! However, it has a very good and light taste. This makes me drink too much! As it cools down, the lightness becomes more noticeable, so I feel this is only for warming up. It's good enough to be cooled down, but it's too good to be heated up! When cold, it scores 95 out of 100, but when heated it scores about 145, so there's a big difference. I don't know if it was the warm weather or what, but there were very few people heating up the sake. I'm afraid the heated sake culture will die out with global warming.

Event at Namba Parks It's a food and beverage event called "HOSHIZORA STAND" with a sake corner! There were so many people waiting in line for 45 minutes because there were so many different types of sake. The guy who heated up the sake said he was sorry it took so long to get in line! Well, it's good to see so many people! It's an old sake with a wonderful color, slightly thickened and neatly aged. It has a nice savory, Jack Daniel's-style bourbon whiskey sweetness. As it cools down, the acidity becomes clearer and sharper. The original liquor seems to be quite acidic. The acidity is said to be 2.1. I always order it at the recommended temperature, but the person who warmed it up said it was good at any temperature, so I asked him to heat it up! It was really good at all different temperatures! I had tasted it in Sakaiminato, so I bought it thinking it would be good for me, but I didn't heat it up at the time, so I heated it up again, and it goes well with it.
