Jishu Restoration is, after all, Yamaguchi Prefecture is the Meiji Restoration
My father is from Hagi, and even though he is not interested in history or anything like that to death, he said Yoshida Shoin is Shoin-sensei!

I haven't had many daiginjo-shu, so it's hard to compare it with others, but it also has a slightly ripe feel?
Junmai sake will be interesting.
