National Sake Fair 2025(*)
I drank shochu for a while and went to the Iwate Prefecture booth.
I wanted to go to Fukushima Prefecture, but it was crowded, so I didn't go there.
I thought Iwate was empty between Akita and Fukushima, but as if he read my mind, he said "Iwate is not good at advertising...".
It was true that I knew less about Iwate than other prefectures in the Tohoku region.
And the character "tezukuri" is still a charm!
This is an elegant Junmai Daiginjo-shu with a rather simple flavor!
It is said to be a staple of Iwate, but there is no doubt at all!

Good evening, Shinjou-san. I'm glad you commented because I too asked for a sake made with Ginga and was recommended Nanafukujin and thought it was delicious. Iwate sure seems like a waste 💦.

Good evening.
I don't buy expensive Junmai Daiginjo here, but this is one I can drink every day!
I don't know much about Iwate sake, only the famous ones, and I don't see it at many events.
