I received this for the first time: ‼️
It has a great presence.
You can feel the brewer's passion and determination in this sake.
I felt that the brewer is proud of his hometown.
I think the balance of the two hares is genius!
I love it because it goes well with so many different dishes, and I can enjoy the marriage with just the sake alone 😊.
Oh, I love it too much no matter how many times I drink it!
It tastes just like the label says: clear, mineral, and slightly effervescent.
I really love it ❤
It has a gentle, muscat-like aroma. On the palate, sweetness and bitterness that gap slightly with the aroma spread out, followed by a long acidic aftertaste.
As stated, this is a junmai daiginjo for which the brewer has put in a lot of effort. This bottle has a perfect balance of delicacy, long finish, and fruity aroma! I would definitely drink it again 😆.
This is the first time I have had this wine, and I like it because it has a nice balance of delicate sweetness and acidity with a gentle muscat-like aftertaste in a clean, refreshing mouthfeel.
I changed the direction to super dry (in the order of drinking 🤔)...
The base aroma is similar to that of KITCAT, which is interesting because they are from the same brewery. I tried it with salted squid and it was perfect👍
Next is KIT CAT!!!2 Basically, KIT CAT!!! 2 Basically, KIT CAT!!!2 has the same taste as Nihonbaru, but this one has a stronger aftertaste and a slightly barley-like richness.
Since we were in Tokushima, we decided to compare local sake, so we started with Miyoshikiku's KITCAT.
It has a rich sweetness and sourness with a slight caramelized taste in the mouth. It has a firm sweetness, so it is good to drink as a dessert.
Rice : Yamadanishiki (Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki)
Rice polishing ratio : Koji 50%, Kake 60

This sake has a good balance of sourness and clear sweetness typical of Senkyoku.

Polishing 60%/65
Specified name sake, etc. Junmai/Hiirei-shu
15% alcohol by volume
I came to Kumamoto on a business trip and was interested in this sake, so I happened to see it at a liquor store I went into, and bought it.
Sake at noon gives me a sense of immorality.
It is dry but very smooth on the palate. It is creamy and has a fresh acidity that is typical of a sake brewer's yeast yeast. The powerful spiciness coming from the back of it can be felt along with the umami. The sharpness is also excellent, and the full-bodied flavor is refreshing.
