I drank it over the course of three days. On the first day, there was quite a bit of gassiness, and it was sweet but refreshing. On the third day, the gassiness subsided considerably, but this did not make it overly sweet and heavy, and it was a nice bottle!

It has the depth and richness typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The firm acidity that comes later balances and elevates it to richness without being cloying. I think it will bring a good harmony when paired with rich food 😊.

I love Mimuro Cedar. It has a strong fizz and sweetness, but the soft bitterness comes later and is so refreshing I can't stop 😆‼️

We named it "Pure" in the image of a fresh and clear SAKE with the goal of "moving from 0 to 1 cup of Sake". We have created a fruity and easy-to-drink SAKE that overturns the image of the younger generation that sake is difficult to drink. We hope that even young women will like this sake. I want as many people as possible to become SAKE enthusiasts. I thought this thought of Hazama Sake Brewery is wonderful. ‼️ It's one of my favorite bottles too😍.
