Slightly strong acidity based on 99-like delicious sweetness. The aftertaste is light, just as it says on the label. When paired with the recommended dish of vanilla ice cream, the acidity goes very well with the sweetness of the ice cream. Personally, I can't go wrong with 99!

Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 1st bottle Sake brewing rice is Kinmon Nishiki A fresh, robust, honey-like sweet aroma. Sweet to acidic, both a little strong. The mouthfeel is a bit heavy, which is typical of sake, but surprisingly refreshing. However, because the alcohol content is 16%, you can still feel the robustness after a while after drinking. Even though it is a draft, I could hardly taste any change in taste on the third day after opening the bottle.

Sweet but complex, sour and pungent, somewhat sharp. I guess you could call this spicy. It has a taste that is typical of nama sake, but I personally have never had this sensation before.

It's not golden in appearance, just a little tinted. I think this is the first time for Tsuchida. It has a strong Tsuchida-like flavor, but it is mild and easy to drink. The sweetness is balanced by a mild acidity, and the finish is refreshing. This is also good.

Just opening the bottle mixes the lees. The acidity is moderate, with a gentle sweetness similar to lactic acid beverages, leaving a bitter aftertaste. Like the Snowman, it was very easy to drink, and the first glass was consumed immediately. Personally, I prefer the Organic Naturale Dobrok that I drank the other day in that I could taste more of its flavor.

Although it's labeled "Dobrok," it's a nigorizake, just like a snowman. Not much time has passed since it was purchased, so it bubbles vigorously. However, when you drink it, the gaseous sensation is not so strong. The taste is just like the snowman, but less sweet and more refreshing than the snowman. The rice flavor remains in the mouth at the end. Personally, I prefer it to Yukidaruma. When it gets close to room temperature, you can feel the umami more strongly.

Tsuchida is still delicious! A little strong tingling in the usual way. The aftertaste is reasonable, and as a Tsuchida lover, I didn't find it particularly harsh. I would like to savor it slowly, as it seems that there is a flavor change available.

Fluffy sweetness develops, with a tangy aftertaste. Almost no acidity. It is easy to drink and tastes good enough, though it is a little heavy, as is typical of nama-zake. The taste reminded me of Shinshu Kamerei for some reason.

It has a sweet aroma, and in the mouth it's sweet and umami in its own way, but it's quite light and cuts through very nicely. The owner of the liquor store said it was a bit thin, but I'm not sure if it's enough on its own. I think it's not enough on its own, but it's still a good enough drink.

It's not grainy, it's tender and has a yogurt-like aroma. It's been about 3 weeks since I bought it, but it's still gassy. The taste is rather dry, with a strong flavor and gas.
