Beautiful sake
It has enough umami flavor, yet it is refreshing and goes well with all kinds of food.
I haven't had it in a while, but it's still delicious!
Sweet and tart with a hint of acidity.
It is a modern sake, but it has a strong flavor.
It is good with sashimi, pickles, and simmered dishes, but not with vinegared dishes.
It is my favorite of all the Jikkons I've had so far.
Sake alone is enjoyable enough!
It is dry but has a rounder flavor than Takayuu.
Because of its umami, it can be served alone, but it is even better if you have something to go with it.
Classic dry sake
Slightly angular in spiciness, weak in umami and sweetness.
Not my favorite sake on its own, but it went well with yakitori and liver stewed in ginger sauce.
The gas was weak, probably because it had been 10 days since I bought it.
The sweetness comes after the acidity.
The sweetness is not strong, and the bitterness is a little strong.
This nigorigo is also delicious!
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 16th bottle
The aroma is lactic and somewhat apple-like.
Maybe it's because I saw the label on the back, but the taste is also apple-like and refreshing.
However, the sweetness is firm enough to be worth drinking.
It was a delicious sake that was both refreshing and robust.
Acid to firm sweetness with a hint of gas.
Slight bitterness in the aftertaste
My impression of nigorizake is conventional, but very tasty!
But if you can't get this one, I think snowballs will make up for it.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 15th bottle
Sake that is firm and can be savored slowly.
It has a strong sweetness and acidity.
The aftertaste is tangy and dry.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 14th bottle
At first sip, I thought it was a fruity and beautiful sake, but the sweetness and flavor are a bit strong and robust.
It's a good sake to drink slowly and deliberately.
It's called "Edogari," but was there ever such a delicious sake in the Edo period?
Sourness on the gas to a grape-like sweetness.
I haven't had the previous Kame-no-o, so I can't say for sure, but even though it may be fresh or fire-brewed depending on the season, it is amazing that you can drink this at any time of the year!
First first trot.
This year it hasn't been long since I bought it, so I could taste the gas as well as the sparkling.
Creamy sweetness with refreshing acidity.
The acidity isn't too strong.
Personally, I prefer it to last year's.
The sweetness that one expects from OMACHI is well expressed, and the mild acidity comes a little later.
The bitterness and other miscellaneous tastes (not in a bad way) in the aftertaste are stronger than those of the ogara-mi (not ogara-mi) that I have had in the past.
If anything, I would have preferred the ogara-mi one.
As the back label says, it has an apple-like aroma.
At first, it seems to have a light acidity with a light umami, but the umami is quite firm through the aftertaste.
It is soft and light, but not insufficient.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 13th bottle
From fluffy umami to dry taste
After a few days, it became rounder.
No clear impression but somewhat drinkable sake
Cold chrysanthemum
Slightly sweet and fruity with a hint of sweetness and acidity
Beautiful sake with no cloying taste, just like Jun Dai.
Delicious and will be consumed quickly!
4 days after opening the bottle
The acidity softens and a pineapple-like flavor is felt.
Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai - 12th bottle
No gasiness, but while it's cold, the main flavor is a somewhat schwaggy acidity that adds to the umami.
The bitterness consistently rides here and leads to a rather long finish.
As the temperature rises, the acidity mellows out and the sweetness becomes more noticeable.
The way the bitterness rides is a little bit of a turn-off.
