Purchased at Kanetoku, a liquor store in Daisen, Akita. I bought it in April and it was lying in the fridge💦. It's an unseasonal cherry ❄🌸🙇. Limited edition of 600, apparently. Fruity and aromatic 🌸. Easy to drink! I picked cucumber, chikuwa, and salted kelp with a little bit of textile for a refreshing 🍃!

Purchased at Roadside Station Hakuba in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. I fell in love with the snowman at first sight⛄💕. The hat is a choko â I'm saving the snowman for drinking at home 😁.

At an inn in Izu Inatori, Shizuoka Prefecture. It was light, cloudy, dry and sharp. It was a perfect match with the food ✨. The plucked dish was kinmedai (sea bream) boiled with shabu-shabu and abalone from a full-course kaiseki at a fisherman's town.

At a soba noodle restaurant in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. The sake is of course delicious, but but the seasoning of the boiled fish as a side dish was exquisite. sake while picking it up! It was a great experience!
