At an inn in Izu Inatori, Shizuoka Prefecture. It was light, cloudy, dry and sharp. It was a perfect match with the food ✨. The plucked dish was kinmedai (sea bream) boiled with shabu-shabu and abalone from a full-course kaiseki at a fisherman's town.
