At a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Cheers to Torotaku pickles 🍶´-. We ate a lot of sushi with thick-baked eggs and local fish as our main course, followed by ice cream (I forgot to take pictures of all of it💦). It was a holiday lunch 🥳.

This is the sake I received as a gift for White Day. I was told to drink it chilled. I chilled it to the perfect temperature! Perfect for today's slightly warm weather. It's a nice, clean, dry sake ✨. It goes well with all kinds of food. I picked up some sashimi that I bought during my morning shopping trip. I'm drinking at home from noon.

Purchased at KOKO Kurobe, a roadside station in Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture. It is slightly sweet and delicious🍶. The iron bridge on the label is fashionable. Picked was the blackened firefly squid purchased at Himi Banyagai, an outside market of Himi Fishing Port in Himi City. It was delicious with concentrated squid flavor ✨.

Lunch at Hayakawa Fishing Port in Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture 🐟. When you order a dish, there is a service of fried horse mackerel bones. Then let's drink sake! And toast from noon 🍶 lol It's easy to drink and tasty! The dishes were fried horse mackerel and deep-fried prawns wrapped in sea bream skin! Both of them had a new texture! They were exquisite ✨.

A course of cold yellowtail at Kappo restaurant in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture. Part 2 yellowtail shabu-shabu Sushi and Arai soup Dessert Toyama's local sake 🍶💕! Buri shabu mellowed to perfection✨ It was a luxurious course from noon. I made a reservation two months ago because I wanted to try Himi's yellowtail. I was worried about going because of the earthquake, but I decided not to cancel because I thought it would be a good idea to support the earthquake victims by eating and drinking. After the meal, the hostess thanked me for coming to eat there! I was so glad that I had come.

Purchased at supermarket. Clean and easy to drink 🍶. Hot pot goes well with chilled sake! For the nabe, I had garlic slices, green onions, and pork belly shabu-shabu wrapped in green onion and served with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). Delicious! Additional live jellyfish, nice plump texture♪

At the Ibaraki Festival in Ibaraki-machi, Ibaraki Prefecture. Gold medal at the National New Sake Competition 🏅They say it is limited in quantity and almost never on the market. It had a gorgeous aroma and was insanely delicious✨. The pickings were beef plate (Hitachi-gyu), shijimi clam soup, stewed rice with fish, chestnut rice, roasted chestnuts 🌰 and ice cream!

I picked out some dumplings, Fresh dada-cha-mame, freeze-dried dada-cha-mame, and dried firefly squid purchased at a roadside station.
