Today is the first time in a while that I'm having a lunchtime drink 🎶🍶🍶 and I'm looking forward to the many new sakes that have come out, but today I'm going to try this one 🎶😉 😉.
Since it's an ogara-mi, I'll start with the supernatant first 😋.
The aroma is subdued, but has a gorgeous ginjo aroma: ✨️😉.
On the palate, a hint of fragrance✨️ passes through the nose, followed by a touch of sourness😋😋It's a dry sake with a lingering sourness🎶😋👍️
The aroma is also calmed down when it is on its lees❄. ✨️
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma is calmed down, but the sweetness and umami of the rice is added and the taste is more delicious 🎶🤤🎶I definitely prefer it with lees this time 🎶🎶 in my opinion.
