I've let it sit for a bit today, but I'm finally going to try this one🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️🍒❔, it smells like cherry🍒❔, apple🍎❔ with a moderate but slightly sour ginjo aroma 🎶✨️😋.
In the mouth, you first feel the mellowness of the water😲😲, then sweetness, acidity and umami😋🎶mmm, this is delicious 🤤🤤, I'm having dark sashimi today, so this is perfect 💕😋.

I also had it a while ago and it was a really delicious sweet and juicy sake 😋.
