Kaze no Mori未来予想酒III「時の重なり三重奏」

Today I'm going to try this one that I've been quite curious about since it was first released 🎶🍶.
This is a 19% alcohol sake blended from (1) Mizuhata, (2) "Firebird" rice shochu aged in oak barrels, and (3) "Takacho" aged for more than 10 years 😆.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ as you would expect from a blend of aged sake, it has a gorgeous aroma with a hint of alcohol body 😲.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the beautiful and careful water for a moment, but soon you can feel the brewed aroma of Takacho❔ and Fire Bird❔ that penetrates your nose and then spreads all over your mouth 😲, but you can also feel the sweetness with the element of Kijoshu and finish it with dry taste 😆🎶.
It's quite complex and I think it's a bit of a picky eater, but I like it 🎶🎶I'm going to try it heated tomorrow 🎶🍶.
