Today I'm going to have this one 🎶🍶, which was aged for a year (lol) as the last sake of 2025.
I still feel a slight yellow tinge from the aging process (or maybe it just looks that way😅)💛
The aroma has a gorgeous ginjo aroma like apple🍎✨️🎶
On the palate, there is a slight chilliness 🫧 followed by a hint of sweetness and sourness 😋🎶 that passes through the nose 😋🎶 and a slight roundness at the end 😲😋😋.
I read back my impression of the limited edition nigori zodiac label that I drank at the beginning of this year and I wrote the same thing 😆 I'm looking forward to next year's zodiac label 🎶🤤🎶.
