Refreshing!
This is the first time I've heard of Akiagari.
I paired it with steamed rice in an earthenware teapot. They did not interfere with the soup stock, but enhanced each other, and I gobbled it up like crazy!
It's like a big bang, like Jikon or Sanchi! The flavor and sweetness
Well matched with udon noodles with grated ginger!
The last time I had it was at 657, which means it was more polished and less sweet.
But after 2 glasses of dry sake and a glass of sparkling wine, it was quite sweet!
It was sweet and had the aroma of sake! It smells like sake!
It smells like something my grandpa used to make me!
I'm so drunk, I feel like crying because I miss it so much!
It's kind of like a cidre, with a refreshing, sweet-sour taste!
I wonder if the description "dry" refers to this refreshing taste.
(Possibly pulled by the redness of the label: ......)
Refreshing, sweet and delicious!
Slightly sour aftertaste
I hear it tastes even better when it gets closer to room temperature: ......
Looking forward to it!
The label was interesting: it said something like "This is the original ginjo sake from over 40 years ago ......".
It was delicious, with a tangy sake aroma like ethanol in a science lab combined with the sweetness of sake. It was my first time tasting it.
Taste before two lifetimes is so emo.
I was told I could have it, and when they served it to me, the cork had gone away. ......
(Last time was probably 7/1)
It tastes good even when it's uncarbonated. For some reason, it's less sweet and more refreshing than when it's carbonated. ......
I paired it with french fries.
I drank it with the leftover blue crab meat.
The flavor was so good! And when I paired it with the crab, which also has a strong flavor, it almost paralyzed my mouth. ......
I don't know what it tasted like, so I could only taste the umami! I could only taste the umami!
But I agree with the other person sitting at the same table who said that it was too balanced and that there are more refreshing ones.
