Refreshing!
Gentle sweetness and refreshing sourness, which disappears after swallowing!
(I recently learned that the aftertaste is what I consider sourness.)
It goes well with fried food and cream cheese!
I'm reposting this because I found the issue!
White~!
What a surprise!
They said it was dry, but when I put it in my mouth...
What can I say, it's not sugar, it's mirin-like sweetness and..,
And the airy feeling as if you put something dry in your mouth? (Because it's so damn cloudy?).
After drinking it, there was a momentary sweetness in my throat, then came a bitter taste that felt like alcohol, and then nothing!
It refreshes my mouth so much!
It's my first time tasting it and I'm enjoying it!
Postscript! The airiness is similar to vodka!
It's like that feeling you get on your upper jaw after drinking a strong drink.
First time Umami Dawn!
It's been a long time since I've had a sake day, and my mouth is surprised because it's the most umami-drenched sake of them all!
It's a big bang, refreshingly smooth down the throat, with a soft sake-like aftertaste!
I wonder if it tastes like autumn, given the name.
Like a banana...?
Sweet, fruity, very drinkable!
A little yellow.
It's been a while since I've had sake, so I'm not sure, but first it's sweet and then the fruity flavor comes through at the end!
The sweetness and umami are booming!
And even after the sweetness subsides, the umami stays on the tongue for a long time!
Master says this rice has a good lingering taste.
Indeed, it has a full flavor! The taste lingers on for a long time!
Dried fruit sold at Cardi's because of the aroma and the aftertaste that tends to linger after drinking.
Pretty aroma, like the raspberry flavor of gummy poifles.
On the other hand, the taste is light, a little sweet and refreshing anyway!
It's like summer dry!
The master (who likes Jikon and Shinomine) praised it highly.
It's a convincing umami-dawn!
Sweet, refreshingly sour, and mouth-wateringly delicious,
It's like you don't need any snacks!
Also, the aroma is new to me.
White flowers! I've never tasted a white wine that smells like white flowers.
Sweet and sour like a ramune!
Not much of a scent. A little sweet aroma?
A little bit of bitterness in the back of the throat, it's summer! It's summer!
A light but tasty sake! Aroma
Bitter and thirst-quenching (beer?) and when you swallow it, you feel a tsun! It has a bitter and thirst-quenching taste (like beer?)! and a sweet aftertaste (not beer).
In other words, tsundere!
At first I thought I ordered the wrong drink because it was so English!
It has a fresh sweet aroma and tastes just like it!
But it has a slightly bitter aftertaste that goes well with tempura summer vegetables!
It's been a long time since I've had sake!
It was sweet, tasty and delicious!
I've been drinking a lot of wine lately, so I didn't really know what to expect other than sweetness...
I bought this sake at Murai Sake Shop as a Tokyo souvenir.
When I told him Shinomine was delicious, he recommended this sake.
Master said he liked Shinomine, so I bought it as a souvenir!
It's really sweet and sour and refreshing, like fruit juice, but the moment you drink it, you feel the alcohol !!!! It's like a fruit juice, sweet, sour, and refreshing! It makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere!
I have the image that Niigata people are all heavy drinkers...
Sweetness like mirin with a heavier center of gravity.
(Mirin is a sweetness that comes to the top of the tongue at the back of the throat, but it is much lower.)
It is so sweet that it is almost like akashu (red sake). Not as sweet as akashu, though.
The aroma is very light and refreshing. Melon-like?
It's been a while since I've had sake, so it feels very sweet and sour!
(I used to drink only potato and barley shochu and wine)
(I've been drinking only sweet and sour shochu (potato and barley shochu) and wine). I felt it!
Is this the summer gale...?
I smelled it for the first time. I thought it was kind of dashi-like.
Is it similar to red wine? It has a strong flavor and sweetness, with a bit of a sharp acidity.
I sneeze when I drink wine, but this sake made me sneeze too!
I thought I was allergic to it, but I guess I'm reacting to the taste and aroma.
Fluffy and sweet, just like the label says.
I think I like it better than the clear one.
It's kind of full-bodied? It has a kind of richness?
A rich flavor?
Slightly sweet aroma
Gentle sweetness as per the aroma, sourness on the tip of the tongue when swallowed, and a type of bitterness that spreads to the back of the tongue.
Everything is just right~!
