It's alive! The opening is an explosion! It feels like Makgeolli! Sweet and sour, with a bitter aftertaste (maybe that's because I've been eating chocolate)! It goes well with the daikon radish and chicken wings that we served ✨. It's very cloudy, but not that muddy! Easy to drink, just a little bit thick.

Second time I've had it, and at the end of the drink, on my tongue, it felt melon-y and banana-y! Banana-like sweetness immediately on the palate, with a slight sourness added when swallowed, melo~n! The aftertaste is also sweet and easy to drink!

This is bad! The refreshing sweetness goes down the back of your throat, then the umami and slight bitterness come to the top of your tongue, and the slightly sour aftertaste is refreshing. The master of the store says, "It looks like nigori (bittern) from the land of origin. The bitter taste is so soft that you can drink it without any snacks.

The word "freshly squeezed" is kind of nice, isn't it? I think I know what young means! The sweetness was not at the back of my tongue, but in the middle of my tongue. I hear it's kind of rare! It's as muddy as the porridge my mother made for me on the day I got really sick. But it's not thick... mystery! After the sweetness you feel at the back of your throat like you've licked mirin (sweet sake), the sweet and sourness and the shwashiness come to your mouth... wow! You're like, "Wow! While you're still gasping, the umami flavor hits your tongue, and then nothing is left but the tingling sensation of sake on your tongue... And all that's left is a tingling sensation on your tongue. ...... lingering! There are so many layers of flavors, I don't know why, but it's delicious! Delicious!

I didn't have any good pictures 😖. Lean horse sashimi, horse skewers (fatty!), grilled Akinata fish, and a bowl of red beef with hot egg! grilled swordfish, and red beef rice bowl with hot egg! It was a refreshing sake that went well with the rich flavors of the dishes! It didn't smell like sake!

My usual store <I don't know if I'll stock it again because the price has gone up...... I think it's similar to the "white flower aroma" of a good wine I had the other day. It has a bananasweetness and sourness like makgeolli, and a bitterness and umami like sake... really strange taste, but good! Postscript It tastes so good with new saury! It's so good that you can feel the strong umami more than sake drinkers!

Refreshing! This is the first time I've heard of Akiagari. I paired it with steamed rice in an earthenware teapot. They did not interfere with the soup stock, but enhanced each other, and I gobbled it up like crazy!
