It tasted like mild and gentle rice! My favorite flavor! I couldn't take a picture because there were 3 of us and we were on our 5th or so 🥲 but I want to drink it again!

Pairing at a French restaurant!
Mellow and rich, but the aftertaste is clean and not too heavy! The aroma is more fruity than grain-like! It was a taste that complemented the dish without interfering with it 😌.
The dish was very tasty, with Manganji chili stuffed with pike conger stuffed with grated yam, shiso leaves, curry and homemade mustard sauce on top! I never thought sake would be served at a French restaurant...I was happy!
