The mouthfeel is clean and just the right amount of dryness that does not interfere with the food. It is more ricey than fruity 🌾.

Elegant sweetness and flavor, the word "gorgeous" is the perfect word for this sake 🍶It was so good that I poured three coins into it! I wanted to drink it with a meal because it is slightly sweet but has a clean aftertaste that doesn't tail off 🌾9/10

Mellow and rich, but the aftertaste is clean and not too heavy! The aroma is more fruity than grain-like! It was a taste that complemented the dish without interfering with it 😌.
The dish was very tasty, with Manganji chili stuffed with pike conger stuffed with grated yam, shiso leaves, curry and homemade mustard sauce on top! I never thought sake would be served at a French restaurant...I was happy!
