It was fresh like a melon 🍈 It had a fruity aroma even before you put it in your mouth, and it was easy to drink because it was quaffable and not too much 🍶 It had no peculiarities and was easy to drink!

Pairing at a French restaurant! Mellow and rich, but the aftertaste is clean and not too heavy! The aroma is more fruity than grain-like! It was a taste that complemented the dish without interfering with it 😌. The dish was very tasty, with Manganji chili stuffed with pike conger stuffed with grated yam, shiso leaves, curry and homemade mustard sauce on top! I never thought sake would be served at a French restaurant...I was happy!

Summer sake! Sweet and sour on the palate! The description called it an adult lemon squash and I gave a big nod 🙂‍↕️🍋. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing and doesn't linger in a good way! I borrowed the image from the website!

Nigori (nigori) sake, which means it was left to steep! It has a fruity taste like apples and pears. Although it is sweet, the aftertaste is not heavy, and it is delicious with a smooth texture! The person I went with said it was too sweet, but it was not too sweet, but slightly sweet 🍶.
