It is a member of Kochi's sake Shibotan (?). It is said to be a member of Shibotan, a Kochi sake.
The mouthfeel is clean and just the right amount of dryness that does not interfere with the food. It is more ricey than fruity 🌾.
I felt autumn with oyster tempura, ginkgo and chestnut rice in earthenware pot 🍂8/10
