Shun Isonosawa Junmai Ginjo
We happened to find an unusual label at a liquor store we entered. I wondered if the kanji Shun had been replaced by a hiragana label.
We had it cold.
The color is clear and colorless.
The initial aroma is grassy and woody, with a slightly strong alcoholic flavor.
The overtone is characteristic, somewhat woody and nutty.
When swallowing, the unique aroma of nikki (Japanese cinnamon) and nuts, which leaves through the nose, pulls down the sweetness and umami a little. There is also a slight apricot flavor.
The taste is light, refreshing, and clean.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Umakuchi 🙂↕️🤍 with yellowtail shabu-shabu!
It had a strong sweetness and I would have preferred it a bit drier, but the umami was strong and easy to drink! Slightly strong alcohol! 7.5/10
I was passing by the Isonosawa Sake Brewery in Ukiba, Fukuoka Prefecture, and couldn't pass by without buying some.
I was told to be careful about opening the bottle, but I spilled about 30ml.
What a waste...
It has a slight aroma of sakekasu (sake lees).
The taste is light with a moderate sweetness, but the flavor of the rice is well utilized in a rustic way.
The alcohol content is 10 degrees, so it is easy to drink.
Thank you very much.
The sake is crisp, yet thick and well balanced.
I was so engrossed in talking with my friend that I could not taste enough to give a full report, so I will try to keep my comments to a minimum.

This sake is slightly cloudy with ori.
It is surprisingly dry, although we thought it would have a strong sweetness.
The aftertaste is crisp and easy to drink.
This is the first time I've had this wine, Chikyukura.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to drink, yet fruity!
Sake recommended by my favorite yakitori restaurant
Yakitori and stewed chicken are both delicious!
Delicious sake and snacks!
