While I was shopping with my dog at Ameyoko, I was attracted by the POP that said "Jyushiyo" and drank sake at an outside table.
There were three types of Shinsei, including the No6, but I drank the S type for the first time.
The acidity was stronger than I expected. It's nice and crisp, but
I think it's because I drank the Jyushiro first, so I think it's outclassed in balance.
Or I drank it at a restaurant like this, and the bottle has been opened too long.
It's definitely delicious, but I think I'd like it to be a little more mellow for my taste.
