The aroma is not very strong. Not much of an overtone. Bitterness comes first. Gentle, though. Basically, it is sweet and delicious. I want to drink it while viewing cherry blossoms under the blue sky. I'm sure you'll be very happy. If you serve it with white rice, the bitterness will disappear. This is amazing!

Oh, my God. It's got a hell of a scent. Yeah, it's sweet and delicious. It's really a little bitter acid. Tastes like it's going out of style. Nothing to write home about. 16 degrees, and it's hot.
