Fukushima has regained the number one position in Japan.
I was personally disappointed that Akebono sake brewery was not included in the list.
I opened a bottle of Sharaku because summer sake has been coming out.
I drank only the supernatant before mixing it and found it to be "melon🍈" with a nice aroma and yes, it's good.
When mixed with lees, it has a bitter aftertaste and is delicious.
