hige じょ~じぃ
This sake is produced by Asahi Shuzo, the same company that makes Kubota.
As is typical of Niigata, it has a full-bodied taste with a refreshing aftertaste 😋.
I like to drink it cold in summer and warm it up in winter.

This is another limited edition summer sake: ☀️
I was careless with the sparkling sake and as soon as I opened the lid, it blew out with a push-push and about 1/3 of it was gone 😢.
It was delicious and refreshing with a hint of acidity ‼️
It's a shame because it's my favorite type of sake. ⤵︎ Next year I'll be careful opening the bottle.

It has just the right amount of acidity and is great chilled when it's hot 👍.

They aged 5 years in the snow. 😅
It is fruity and smooth on the palate, and even though it is sweet, it goes in easily because it is a daiginjo.
Dewazakura is a brewery synonymous with daiginjo, as expected. I'm sure you'll enjoy it 😋.

I bought the white label and now the red label 😆.
The white label was delicious, but the red label, which is also an origami, was my favorite, with a gassy, juicy sweetness and acidity, and a lingering bitterness at the end to bring it all together nicely.
