Well, it's delicious 😋I personally love Kame no Kai (lol).
Junmai Ginjo-shu made from 100% Yamadanishiki.
The color is clear and the aroma is sweet and refreshing with a hint of peach 😃The taste on the palate is first sweet, then slightly bitter, then refreshingly spicy. I know I'm repeating myself, but it's delicious 😆.
It's cold today and I feel like it's suddenly turned from summer to winter 😒 so I had it with "oden" and it wasn't bad 😀 I think it would go well with miso too 🤔 "Yose-nabe" would be good with it 😆 Nabe and sake are great 😆.
