Aged old wine packed in December 2000. Given to me by a staff member! Thanks🙇.
The color is clear with a strong yellowish hue, and the aroma is like black vinegar. The aroma is like black vinegar. When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and bitterness become one and disappear with a sharp and refreshing spiciness. Good for an aperitif 😊.
I think old sake has a habit and some people don't like it, but this one is easy to drink! This is probably the best old sake I've ever had 🤔Now that's Yoshinogawa.
I think it would be great with iburigakko cheese on the rocks, but since it's so light for an old sake, it's also ok with sashimi...I think it would go well with Chinese food too 😋.
