This is the first time I've had this since the name was changed to Yuki no Mayu, and it's still as delicious as ever! The fruity aroma immediately after opening the bottle, and the piquant, slightly carbonated taste are very pleasant. The taste is like a rice wine.

I had heard about the Mixseed series, a concept and challenge by the young brewers of Mutsu Hachisen, but this is the first time I have had it. The proprietress of a sake store in Towada City recommended it to me, and that is how I came to buy it. It is very light at 7% alcohol, and as the concept suggests, it is fruity with a pleasant acidity and a crisp finish. It is delicious.

I'm very grateful to the sake store in Towada City for keeping the November 2024 draft sake in cold storage. It seems that this year's freshly pressed sake will be available soon, but I wasn't sure if I would be able to buy it, so I bought it on impulse. It has been a while since I have had freshly pressed sake, but it is as delicious as ever! The freshness and the aftertaste of the rice flavor that comes after the rush of the rice flavor make this a sake that you have to buy if you see it.

Congratulations to pitcher Tanaka on his 200th win in Japan and the United States. Takachiyo is the best sake to drink on this special day. The aroma is gorgeous with a hint of pineapple. It has a sweet taste with a strong rice flavor, so it is not very refreshing, but it is perfect for drinking over a long period of time. I like Takachiyo and Takachiyo series no matter what I drink.

It's been a long time since I've tasted Eiko Fuji, and it's delicious! The fruity pineapple-like aroma and the sweet, yet refreshing taste are irresistible. I don't know if it's my imagination, but I also like the change in flavor after the bottle is opened, when the sweetness starts to take over.

I was able to have a cold wholesale Hououomida again this year. I like the deep flavor, which is slightly different from my image of Hououmida's gorgeous atmosphere. My favorite flavor this year is to drink it on the rocks while the ice is slowly melting, rather than drinking it cold as usual. I recommend purchasing it in 1.5 liter bottles.

This is the first time I have had Hagi no Tsuru. The aroma is gorgeous, like grapefruit. The taste is sweet with a big kick. I thought it might be good to drink it on the rocks in the hot summer. We immediately tried it on the rocks, and it was great! The sweetness was softened and it went down smoothly and quickly. It was delicious!

This is my first Sairai. The aroma is of white grapes, and if you close your eyes, you may think you are drinking white wine. When it is cooled down from the refrigerator, you will feel a refreshing sensation, but as the temperature rises, the rice flavor and acidity change in a complex way. I feel like I have been buying more and more Takachiyo lately. The Dewa Sanzu has a pear-like aroma that I can't get enough of. The taste is refreshing, just like Takachiyo, and you can also taste the umami of the rice. If you want to buy it, I recommend you to buy a bottle.
